Lost my entire wedding gallery and didn’t tell me for 5 months.
This photographer was actually my friend before I hired her. She did a beautiful job, but lost my ENTIRE wedding gallery. On top of that it took 5 months for her to tell me. When I would follow up I would get “I’m working on it”. The photographer did give me a full refund, but I will never see my photos again. It’s not about the money, she lost core memories that I will never be able to revisit again.
