Tom was referred to me by a close friend 20 years ago when I was planning my honeymoon. He booked a very memorable trip for us to St.Lucia where we stayed at the Ladera resort. This place was the perfect blend of wow factor, customer service, security and great food. Tom has booked several vacations for us since then- to Cancun, Jamaica, an Alaskan cruise and Italy. Went through Travel Tom to book a bachelor party at the Hard Rock Cancun. The trip was nothing short of spectacular. Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very courteous. He's very knowledgeable about travel destinations. Due to Covid travel restrictions at the time, we had to rebook multiple times but he made it very seamless. He was very patient and accommodating while trying to book 8+ guys for a bachelor party trip. The upgrades, surprises, and hook ups he provided were well worth it and amazing. Tom and Roshine have been amazing to work with! My husband and I finally got to celebrate our wedding this past week in Mexico at Sun Palace. We had to postpone the celebration with COVID restrictions and safety from last year.

Travel Tom has always been my go-to for vacations for 10 years. And this time we booked during what we didn’t know would be a global pandemic when the whole world shut down. We were supposed to go to Riviera Maya, Mexico next week but plans changed because of COVID-19. I didn’t even have to contact Tom. He called me to rearrange our trip! We didn’t have to pay a cent more and will be traveling later in the year but with even more to look forward to.
