5 Stars ** Highly recommended!
Tom and Roshine have been amazing to work with! My husband and I finally got to celebrate our wedding this past week in Mexico at Sun Palace. We had to postpone the celebration with COVID restrictions and safety from last year.
Travel Tom has been communicative and very responsive in every way possible. They have exceeded our expectations with getting our 90 guests booked with the transfer transportation. Roshine has been phenomenal with communication to all of my guests with detailed information. I can not thank Tom and Roshine enough, coordinating 90 people to Mexico with restrictions, changes, and random things coming up; they handled so professionally!
I highly recommend booking your travel through Travel Tom, you will get the 5 star treatment like I did!! Thank you!! -

My Fiancée and I have been working with Tom to book our honeymoon in Greece for our upcoming wedding. Every phone call with Tom is always fun, exciting, and an all around positive experience. He will take the answers to the questions he asks you into consideration with every last detail of your booking to find the destination to best fit your personality and budget. Tom is always full of surprises and actually saved us THOUSANDS on our honeymoon along with other fun surprises he has had for us. Of course with COVID-19 we are unable to travel to Greece and Tom did not hesitate to help us in booking a last minute minimoon once again well under budget. If you're looking for someone with experience as well as a fun person who genuinely cares about you, look no further Tom is your guy! -

Went through Travel Tom to book a bachelor party at the Hard Rock Cancun. The trip was nothing short of spectacular. Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very courteous. He's very knowledgeable about travel destinations. Due to Covid travel restrictions at the time, we had to rebook multiple times but he made it very seamless. He was very patient and accommodating while trying to book 8+ guys for a bachelor party trip. The upgrades, surprises, and hook ups he provided were well worth it and amazing. We all had a fun time and he made sure everything went advising to plan. I highly recommend booking your next trip through Travel Tom. He will find you a great deal and give you an experience you won't forget. The above and beyond service is what will keep bringing me back. Thanks Tom! -

Travel Tom has time and time again proven to us that he is the person to call when you need an amazing vacation that is exactly what you envision and beat the budget you had in mind too! He has planned our recent trips the past few years and each time I swear he beats his own standard (which is pretty high to begin with!) and the results are incredible. This most recent vacation- not only was he traveling himself, he made sure to be available for us and make sure we were enjoying the Top Tom Standard and when we came across an issue - he stood up to bat for us and it was a home-run! Our room had a problem and he escalated the issue to the point where we got an incredible room change and made our first trip with our daughter, a trip to remember! If you ever think you could book a great trip on your own - Tom will 1000% beat it and make it a trip for you to remember! You won’t want to call anyone else like us! -

Tom was referred to me by a close friend 20 years ago when I was planning my honeymoon. He booked a very memorable trip for us to St.Lucia where we stayed at the Ladera resort. This place was the perfect blend of wow factor, customer service, security and great food. Tom has booked several vacations for us since then- to Cancun, Jamaica, an Alaskan cruise and Italy. I recently reached out to Tom to help me plan my 20 year anniversary trip because I wanted to make this a memorable trip. He gave us several suggestions and we finally booked an amazing package to Spain for just the 2 of us. Our accommodations are at top rated hotels, with great activities and best of all, the package came in much lower than the budget I gave him. What we appreciate about Tom is that he is very knowledgeable in the destinations and hotels that he recommends. From what I understand, all the locations he uses are ones that he has been to himself or has sent others to as "research". I appreciate the expertise and knowledge to help me make an educated decision on my trips. I already reached out to him for another family trip for next year. -
Angie Sent on 07/21/2018First of all, use a travel agent and a reputable, award winning one like Roshine and Tom Varghese of Travel Tom. They don’t charge any extra fees and showered us with A LOT of extra specials, upgrades, etc. and VIP treatment. They are able to do so because of their relationships with Lomas Travel and the AIC Hotel Group. Our entire group benefited as well, not just my husband and me as the lead passengers of our group.

Amazing! Fantastic! Simply perfect and a rock solid, five-star luxury included hotel with charmingly warm and authentic Mexican vibes! To say we didn’t want to leave would be an understatement. Let me first start by explaining that I've been to at least 50 Mexican hotels and have easily stayed and eaten at more than twenty of them. All which have been four and five star luxury properties. Unico 2087 is simply top notch because everything they do, offer, and create is perfect, consistent, and on-pointThe culture of the employees provides a genuine spirit to please and exceed expectations. If you love unpretentious luxury with an authentic Mexican vibe, this hotel simply delivers on every experience. We had an incredible week celebrating my 40th with family and friends. Thank you again to Travel Tom & Roshine, the management and staff at Unico 2087 and Lomas Travel - we were absolutely wowed and know our family and friends were too!! I used travel tom about half a dozen times over the past 10 year. Tom helped us book trips to Mexico (a few times), Italy, Paris, Antigua, Hawaii. One thing I especially like about Travel Tom is that he's personally traveled to so many different resorts and knows his stuff. He's able to explain the pros/cons and nuances of each resort so you don't have to do any research. He's very professional, gives honest recommendations and isn't pushy. We just got back from our 10 year anniversary trip in August and are working with him again to plan a trip with the whole family in February.
