Best Travel Agent!

Emily went above and beyond to make sure the trip was flawless. We sent her our budget and what were looking for in a vacation and she sent multiple options for us to look through. Everything was booked quickly so we were happy to have it on the books. Her recommendations for resorts were spot on and we were SO happy with Dreams PM! Because of Emily, we knew what to expect for traveling to Mexico during covid and she made sure we were prepared with all travel documents needed. Emily is down to earth and very understanding of life changes while planning a large trip. She genuinely cares about your happiness on the trip and checks in every step of the way. Phenomenal Service

You can't go wrong planning your vacation with Emily! She is extremely professional and friendly all while providing you with the best deals for your vacation planning! My wife and I planned a vacation to Cancun, and Emily made it all so easy! She did all of the planning to the point that all we had to do was show up at the airport and we were good to go! If you are looking for a travel agent to give you a completely stress-free and exciting vacation, Emily is for sure the best in the business! Couldn't recommend her enough!

Stress free honeymoon planning!

Worry free resort vacation

Makes you want to vacation all the time

Great Experience

Our first trip out of the country, we used AAA. The hotel was okay. We booked our own trips the next 2 times out of the country. This 4th time, we used Emily. We plan on using her from now on. There is no headache, worrying and researching what is safe, best. She has actually stayed at the places she recommends.

Exceeded my expectations - service and trip!

Emily was amazing to work with. I had met her at a bridal show in Rochester, NY. I knew right away I was going to reach out to her. Emily worked within our budget and sent us several quotes for lots of places. She was always pleasant and willing to run more quotes. She listened to what we were looking for - R&R, beach, adult only, with some possible excursions. We wanted to avoid some areas my husband had already been. Eventually, we picked the Dominican Republic. Emily sent a nice little getaway package in the mail with information prior to our trip. She even checked in when we got back to make sure we arrived safely. I would use Emily again and plan on it. She made the process easy and was a delight to work with!!!
