Best Travel Agent!

Emily went above and beyond to make sure the trip was flawless. We sent her our budget and what were looking for in a vacation and she sent multiple options for us to look through. Everything was booked quickly so we were happy to have it on the books. Her recommendations for resorts were spot on and we were SO happy with Dreams PM! Because of Emily, we knew what to expect for traveling to Mexico during covid and she made sure we were prepared with all travel documents needed. Emily is down to earth and very understanding of life changes while planning a large trip. She genuinely cares about your happiness on the trip and checks in every step of the way. Phenomenal Service

You can't go wrong planning your vacation with Emily! She is extremely professional and friendly all while providing you with the best deals for your vacation planning! My wife and I planned a vacation to Cancun, and Emily made it all so easy! She did all of the planning to the point that all we had to do was show up at the airport and we were good to go! If you are looking for a travel agent to give you a completely stress-free and exciting vacation, Emily is for sure the best in the business! Couldn't recommend her enough!

Stress free honeymoon planning!

Emily was super easy to work with and really took the stress out of planning our honeymoon. Gave us many options and really listened to what we wanted to get out of our trip! We will use her again for our next trip!

Took the stress out of planning a honeymoon.

We have never worked with a travel agent before but after our experience with Emily we would do it again in a heartbeat. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She helped us have an unforgettable honeymoon.

Great Experience

Our first trip out of the country, we used AAA. The hotel was okay. We booked our own trips the next 2 times out of the country. This 4th time, we used Emily. We plan on using her from now on. There is no headache, worrying and researching what is safe, best. She has actually stayed at the places she recommends.

Exceeded my expectations - service and trip!

Emily was amazing to work with. I had met her at a bridal show in Rochester, NY. I knew right away I was going to reach out to her. Emily worked within our budget and sent us several quotes for lots of places. She was always pleasant and willing to run more quotes. She listened to what we were looking for - R&R, beach, adult only, with some possible excursions. We wanted to avoid some areas my husband had already been. Eventually, we picked the Dominican Republic. Emily sent a nice little getaway package in the mail with information prior to our trip. She even checked in when we got back to make sure we arrived safely. I would use Emily again and plan on it. She made the process easy and was a delight to work with!!!

Vacation made easy

I had never booked a vacation beyond a few hours away so I enlisted the help of Emily. We told her when we wanted to go, how much we were able to spend, and an idea of what we were looking for. Emily provided us with a lot of options with a great write-up for each resort. We looked through them all and narrowed it down to one. Once we told her where we wanted to go she took care of the rest. All we had to do was pack our bags and make it to the airport on time. The resort was amazing, just as Emily had told us. The entire process was so easy, especially since we'd never done anything like this before. I would highly recommend you contact Emily if you're considering a vacation. Ours wasnt a wedding, but when we do get married itll be a destination wedding. We'll definitely be contacting her for help!

Dream Vacation Reality

We gave Emily the basic premise of our vacation goal.....Christmas in Bavaria....she designed a trip that will forever be a treasured memory.....Vienna, Salzburg, Rothenburg, Nuremberg, Munich......all arrangements were accurate and in our price range. We WILL use Emily again.

Destination Wedding

Emily is amazing! We had no idea how to do anything, we only knew we wanted a destination wedding. She helped us pick an amazing resort. She organized everything for all 40 of our guests. Everything was very low-stress. She kept in touch with us while we were there to make sure we didn’t need anything. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any of your travel needs!

Emily was GREAT!
Emily listened to us, always made it clear that she understood what we wanted, our needs and requirements. Emily's responses were always prompt, on point and she continuously demonstrated that she understood and was able to fill all of our requests.. Emily's communications with us were always prompt, professional, clear and concise.
Emily performed for us and we had confidence that she was well versed in the area, Reveria Maya. She never "pretended" that she actually stayed someplace if she did not, being open and honest goes a long way.
We have recommended Emily to friends and family, most importantly, we will use her again to handle our travel needs.

I must say that this form does not work well once you get past this performance descriptive .
I happen to drag near the wedding date caption and could not get out of it or reset it. This was not for a wedding, but was for a great vacation.

Emily was FANTASTIC. I do not have enough nice things to say about her and our experience. For our honeymoon we went to Venice and Santorini. She arranged everything we wanted within the budget we gave her. She made the process so easy and this was one thing less I had to worry about while planning my wedding. Emily was so helpful! We gave her a list of things that we were and weren’t looking for for our honeymoon and she gave us a list of at least 10 options! All of them were beautiful and made it a hard decision! She had been to most of the resorts that she recommended which made it very helpful after talking to her to choose a resort! Emily was great! Distance made no effect on communication with Emily. I had an easier time getting feedback from Emily than my own wedding planner at the hotel my husband and I got married in. Emily even let us know when there was a deal that our guests could take advantage of and provided the difference to them.

Working with Emily was an absolute pleasure. We have never used a travel agent before in the past because I always thought that they were just annoying sales people trying to get you to book through them so that they can make some money off you. Well, with Emily, that couldn't have been farther from the reality. I will never travel without using Emily ever again. She did all the hard work and we literally just showed up. The typical stress of booking a vacation was completely gone. To boot, 3 weeks before our trip, a huge hurricane swept through the Caribbean and actually did a lot of damage to our hotel, which ending up closing because of this. So 3 weeks before leaving our entire trip had to be rebooked on a new island with a new resort with new flights and new everything. Talk about stressful! Nope! Not with Emily. She immediately sent over a new list of vacation spots that were untouched by the hurricane and we were quickly and effortlessly switched with zero stress. I will absolutely be recommending Emily to all my friends and family looking to book a vacation from this point forward. Thank you Emily!!!

I had the best honeymoon and it was so easy to book with Emily!!! She was VERY attentive and answered all my silly questions! Emily was amazing. Not only did she provide knowledgeable advice on where to go and what activities to do while we were in St. Lucia, she also helped us avoid Hurricane Irma. Emily was amazing to work with and truly went out of her way to make our honeymoon beyond perfect. I could not do any of this myself. We were very indecisive about where we wanted to vacation, and also very picky about what we wanted out of the trip. Emily is so helpful and knowledgeable! We were not sure where exactly we wanted to go on our trip and had a very specific budget. She gave us a ton of really great options to choose from. We ended up traveling to Jamaica. Emily knows so much about this country and was able to give us a ton of great tips and recommendations. She was fantastic (and so quick to respond) through the whole booking process. She followed up several times, provided us with additional materials afterwards, checked and rechecked our flights for us, and even made sure that we made our connecting flight. I very highly recommend Emily to anyone looking to book a trip to the Caribbean!! She is amazing at her job!

This was my first time trying to plan a trip to travel outside the US and deciding to use Travel By Emily was absolutely the best idea ever!!! Emily helped make our honeymoon planning a breeze! It was one of the most seamless parts of the wedding planning process. We traveled to St. Lucia and stayed at the Sandal's Grande St.Lucian. I don't know how we would have managed my daughter's beautiful Jamaica wedding without Emily. She was unfailingly helpful, prompt, professional, handling reservations and payments for 43 guests, and booking flights for many of them.
Even though she had not booked my husband's and my flights for us, she called to let us know that, with just twelve hours' notice, our flight out of Buffalo was cancelled. She helped us to get on a different flight right away. (Yay for Emily, but boo for Southwest Airlines!) She went above and beyond her job description more than once, and we would call on her again in a heartbeat.

Emily was great to work with... we had actually paid and had started the process with destinationweddings.com, but after discovering how familiar Emily was with the resort we were going to I ate their fee and went with her (she didn't cost me anything either!). Everyone that reached out to her, my guests and even people that reached out initially and didn't end up going commented on how responsive and friendly she was. I didn't get any negative feedback.
We got married at Sandals Ochi Beach then honey-mooned at Couples Swept away in Negril, but places were even better than I imagined... Emily's recommendations were awesome, she helped us decide rooms based on what people wanted and fit into their budgets, we loved our rooms at both places! She really knew her stuff! She also planned a private tour guide through Island Transfers and Tours and the excursions we did (Blue Hole, Lazy River, Lunch... shopping...) was all right up our ally and we felt VIP with a private ride.
We ended up with 43 guests (Emily helped my pregnant friend negotiate refunds as her Dr. said not to go due to Zika). A flight 10 of us were on the way there was cancelled the day before and Emily notified us and helped us find other arrangements even though we used points and didn't go through her for flights!!!
When I told Emily how much I was dreading the planning aspect of my wedding she even gave me leads for electronic Save the Dates and many other things I would have been lost on. She was very organized and always kept me up to date. She really went above and beyond... I'm actually going to miss touching base with her on the planning!

My husband and I were really set on going to Aruba for our honeymoon but we weren't sure where to start in terms of how to book something all inclusive and at the right hotel. My husband and I were endlessly searching for honeymoon ideas, places and travel agencies. With 7 months to plan a wedding and a honeymoon, I quickly decided I couldn't do it all without driving myself crazy and that I needed help! I turned to Emily and was so happy that I did! Emily and I got on a call and discussed what/where (tropical, all-inclusive resort) I was looking for and immediately she made some suggestions. Within a day of our initial conversation she emailed me over about 8-10 options, many of which she could personally vouch for! Her email included flight options, a summary of each resort and unique perks, pricing options depending on room type and links to each resort with pictures. There were enough options we felt like we had a lot to choose from, but not enough that we were overwhelmed by the decision.
I highly recommend Emily for all honeymoon and travel needs. Especially in regards to the Caribbean and Mexico, she really knows the area and resorts. She is quick to respond to any questions and is always professional. She even provided us with Travel Bye Emily hard plastic luggage tags! I look forward to using Emily as our travel agent for future trips!

Emily was wonderful!!! Not only was she great with helping plan our wedding and making sure the day went smoothly, but our honeymoon spot she recommended was PERFECT! Emily is a wonderful travel agent who made planning our graduation celebration trip so easy. She promptly answered all of my questions and really wanted to make our vacation the best that it could be. I honestly don't know what could have made this trip any better. Emily was very informative and gave us all the good "know hows" and tips on how to make our trip incredible. We have been planning on using Emily's expertise in travel for a few years now, but Jamaica came at the right timing- she has been patient and informative along the way. Our second annual reunion went off without a hitch! Travel by Emily had us all arriving at Montego Bay and off to our resort in a timely fashion. Any questions we may have had before our trip were answered in a clearly written packet that was mailed to each of us. Nothing was left to chance. And when extreme weather interrupted one traveler's return, she was on the phone securing accommodations and rebooking her flights. We booked our honeymoon to Jamaica through Travel by Emily and the service was excellent! We really didn't have to do a thing ourselves--Emily provided a variety of options, based on our initial request and then helped us narrow down our search to find the perfect place. Emily took care of all the little details, even having the resort look out for us--she was in touch with the resort upon our arrival and they sent us a special fruit plate. She also had her friends at the resort look out for us!

We couldn't have been more pleased with Travel by Emily. They went above and beyond to make our trip easy, relaxing, and perfectly enjoyable! We will definitely go back to Travel by Emily for our next trip!

Emily helped us plan out destination wedding from beginning to end and did not disappoint! It's a tad stressful to plan a wedding from afar but Emily was always there to reassure us that everything would work out, and was always willing to help. The resort she suggested was absolutely beautiful and we received so many compliments from our guests on how easy she was to work with. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her clients are taken care of!

Emily helped me plan my honeymoon and was very, very helpful in walking me through the entire process. We wanted to go to Africa, and I had no idea where to even start, so it was great to rely on Emily for ideas of where we should go and what type of travel we should do. I felt like she really listened to what I wanted and was able to give me the best advice for it. Our honeymoon was wonderful.
