Very flexible and clear

With all the vendors needed for a wedding, a lot of times the events group can be not as exciting as picking food or a photographer or venue. For us, having a vendor who had quality products and was responsive and flexible was key. We hit the jackpot with Total Events. They had a huge inventory to choose from and made it very easy to narrow down what we needed after speaking with our caterer and venue. We also went back and forth on a contingency tent what feels like no less than 14 times, and they didn't once have issue with it. They are very clear and give you good tools for payment and tracking your quotes. Definitely recommend for peace of mind!

We had the pleasure of working with Samantha and the Total Events team. We rented decor components for the reception along with a tent, table, chairs, linens, etc. for a day-after BBQ. We were incredibly pleased with the execution of all of our elements, everything looked beautiful. Samantha was wonderful to work with and made sure that each of the event rentals were setup exactly how we wanted it to be. Total Events has such a variety to offer so they can really make all of your visions a reality.

What great people to work with!!! We booked our pipe and draping from Total Events and it was beautiful!!!! We were so excited to have this at our wedding until we found out that it needed to be put up the day before (due to needs of the venue) which meant the wedding the day before us would be using it for free! Even though we weren't happy with this, total events ensured us that if anything was dirty or damaged they would be there bright and early to replace and fix it. Luckily nothing was wrong with anything but they did come by to check and make sure everything was okay. The pipe and draping was beautiful and it added so much to the venue!

Total Events did such an amazing job transforming my reception tent so it looked picture perfect. They were very reasonably priced for what you got. They did the draping and lights for my reception as well as the chairs and did such a fabulous job. Samantha Richards is such a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating to what I was looking for to fall within my budget. I would recommend Total Events to provide decorations for anyone's wedding in Albany area!

We had been hunting for chivari chairs for our wedding for months! No one responded or had a half way decent price. Total Events responded the day we emailed them, quoted up a price better than anyone else, and had the paper work ready the next day. Needless to say, I recommend them to anyone!!!

We rented gold chivari chairs, floor length linens and the black and white dance floor from Total Events and they made our event!!!! Everyone we dealt with was super nice and accommodating! I would definitely recommend to a friend!!! Everyone should have a black and white dance floor... it looked AMAZING!!

My husband and I used Total Events for our ceremony and reception chairs. Megan was a delight to work with and incredibly responsive (I would receive replies to my emails within minutes!). The gentlemen who delivered the chairs were very nice as well.

My husband and I worked with Megan from Total Events to transform the space at the Saratoga Springs City Center for our ceremony and reception. She immediately saw our vision and provided a detailed proposal within days of our first meeting. The prices were very reasonable based on our research and we discussed how to select the decor items (lighting, chairs, drapery, etc.) that would give us the most bang for our buck ... we didn't want to sacrifice our vision, but wanted to keep things reasonable. Very pleased with the service! They welcomed me into their showroom where we designed my guest tables..all of the linens they offer hanging as well as centerpiece options, which really helped in making decisions! Total Events really cared about making my fall tent wedding beautiful! Visit their showroom; A Must!!
