My name is Tonya Wilbanks and photography is my passion! There's just something about pausing time for just a second to capture those special moments in life that you want to remember forever. I absolutely love shooting weddings, because it is the beginning of the rest of your new life together. I love capturing the tears that run down that brides face when she says her vows to the man she has committed her heart to for the rest of her life, or the tears shed by her dad when he gives her away to whom will soon be the new man in her life, or the tears that run down her mothers cheek as she helps her little girl into her wedding dress on her special day that they have dreamed about their whole life. I love catching those moments when the flower girl drags the ring barer down the isle and then dumps all her flowers at the end, or the toast by their best man and maid of honor whether there's tears or laughter, and finally that last kiss they share right before they get into their car to go on their new adventure together as they wave good-bye to all their friends and family!
