We hired Terri Elder for day-of coordination and she was a big part of the reason why our day was so great. The day-of coordinator that our vendor uses was unavailable for the day of our wedding, and they referred us to Terri. She was so helpful - as we both live out of town, she met with us on the one day that I was back in Texas before our wedding and we nailed down most of our details. She kept on top of details as the day got closer. When it looked like it would rain, she stepped in at our rehearsal dinner to make sure that everything was in place, recommended another rental facility that might be able to rent an arch, since we had to move our ceremony inside. She picked up the phone at 10PM the night before when I was crying a little about all of the changes we had to make, and she just made me feel better about the whole darned thing. And on the day of our wedding, she made sure that everything was in place, and that everyone behaved and did what they were supposed to do. I can't say enough great things about her - if you need a great day-of coordinator, Terri is your gal.

We also used TLC for wait staff and had no issues, felt that their services were very reasonably priced!

Most Dependable and Professional

I cannot say enough great things about TLC Event Rentals. I am a long time Dallas Caterer and Event Planner, and I have ONLY used TLC Event Rentals for all of my clients that need great quality rentals, amazing selections & mostly the dependability - it's the best Ive experienced in the DFW area. But the the main thing that sets TLC apart from other rental companies, is the REAL customer service that is consistent every time I call them. They turnaround the proposals within minutes and are happy to make adjustments to suit my needs, without any groans or eye-rolls. The friendliness and personal attention is what keeps me coming back for all my event needs; linens, tables, china or whatever. Since this is a family owned & operated business, Yong & Stan, Monica, Jay & the entire team at TLC truly care about every client. I highly recommend TLC Event rentals for anyone that needs quality and affordable rentals, with 5 star customer service.
