    Most Dependable and Professional

    I cannot say enough great things about TLC Event Rentals. I am a long time Dallas Caterer and Event Planner, and I have ONLY used TLC Event Rentals for all of my clients that need great quality rentals, amazing selections & mostly the dependability - it's the best Ive experienced in the DFW area. But the the main thing that sets TLC apart from other rental companies, is the REAL customer service that is consistent every time I call them. They turnaround the proposals within minutes and are happy to make adjustments to suit my needs, without any groans or eye-rolls. The friendliness and personal attention is what keeps me coming back for all my event needs; linens, tables, china or whatever. Since this is a family owned & operated business, Yong & Stan, Monica, Jay & the entire team at TLC truly care about every client. I highly recommend TLC Event rentals for anyone that needs quality and affordable rentals, with 5 star customer service.

    We hired Terri Elder for day-of coordination and she was a big part of the reason why our day was so great. The day-of coordinator that our vendor uses was unavailable for the day of our wedding, and they referred us to Terri. She was so helpful - as we both live out of town, she met with us on the one day that I was back in Texas before our wedding and we nailed down most of our details. She kept on top of details as the day got closer. When it looked like it would rain, she stepped in at our rehearsal dinner to make sure that everything was in place, recommended another rental facility that might be able to rent an arch, since we had to move our ceremony inside. She picked up the phone at 10PM the night before when I was crying a little about all of the changes we had to make, and she just made me feel better about the whole darned thing. And on the day of our wedding, she made sure that everything was in place, and that everyone behaved and did what they were supposed to do. I can't say enough great things about her - if you need a great day-of coordinator, Terri is your gal.

    We also used TLC for wait staff and had no issues, felt that their services were very reasonably priced!

    I used TLC Event Rentals for my October 3rd wedding to rent linens and tableware. I worked with Monica who helped me choose which linens would work best with my color scheme. She was very helpful and patient with me anytime I changed my mind (which was a lot). She was also very timely in responding to my emails and order changes. The rental process was very easy. Also returning items was easy. The guys that worked in the warehouse were very nice. Also, I found that this company had the best prices when renting items for my wedding. I would definitely recommend them!

    They were very helpful, even offering my fiancé and I a better option that saved us money. They also won't charge us for the extra day that we will have the rentals since we are renting on a Saturday and they are closed on Sundays.

    TLC event rentals was the best choice vendor for price and service. I also quoted out Ducky Bob's, Celebration, and M&M. (Listed least expensive to most after negotiations.) Though I was able to get the other vendors to price match TLC, they didn't includ the detailed promise of setting up the event exactly to my floorpan and leveling the tables (a request from my florist). TLC was able to fit our rented tables with adjustable feet to ensure they were perfectly level for our event - the old venue didn't have a level floor.

    Additionally, they recommended that I check with our venue to see if the delivery/pickup times could be adjusted to save me money. No one else recommended this and I hadn't thought of it - my venue agreed and I saved $360 (incl tax)!

    TLC assisted us through the whole process and working with them gave us a lot of confidence in the beginning steps of our wedding planning.Everything came together and looked absolutely fantastic at our wedding.I would definitely recommend TLC for all your wedding rental needs.

    Our order was delivered right.We used a lot of their equipment and we got a sweet deal with their rates.The thing I liked most about TLC was their customer service.

    TLC helped us with our wedding on short notice.They had just the kind of equipment we needed.They are definitely not cheap but you couldn't find better service anywhere!

    We had the pleasure to work with one of their consultants.They simplified all the planning and made sure our tent was ready for our wedding.We paid a very low fee for everything and am very satisfied with their rates and service.

    TLC has a wonderful china that is excellent for a sit down dinner.We found their prices to be very affordable.It was definitely a pleasure to work with their team of professionals.

    TLC's service was perfect.They provided us with the finest linens for our wedding and had very assessable prices.We where very pleased to have found a china that suited our weddings theme.They really where nice in make sure everything was in order and made sure our stuff was delivered on time.We couldn't have asked for more perfect service and to worked with such nice people.

    TLC came up with my color Tiffany Blue so I was estatic, the true Tiffany Blue, I was able to get my chair ties & napkins that where Tiffany Blue and everything turned out so beautiful I was so suprised that I was able to get my color and not just a color close to Tiffany Blue, like teal or tourquois.

    We used TLC rentals for chairs for our reception. We chose the mahogany garden chairs for our ballroom reception, and they looked fabulous. They were delivered and picked up on time, and really made the reception space look phenomenal. We couldn't be more pleased!

    Thanks to TLC Event Rentals the wedding was beautiful and everything was and looked great.Everything from the table-cloths, chair covers,plates,and silverware were all clean and ready to use.The set-up team was efficient and professional as well.

    For the most part I had a pleasant experience with TLC. The only thing that was a little disappointing is they sent a broken table. Nobody knew it was broken until they had the table decorated and then it gave out, causing all the glass vases and candle holders to shatter.

    A big thanks to TLC Rentals for helping us pull off our ceremony and reception.They had good quality chairs and tables with matching linens to accompany everything.We looked around for the best prices first and I can definitely guarantee you will not find better rates anywhere.

    Very good planning and execution by TLC.Everything worked out with the equipment and the staff where great at making sure our venue looked perfect.I was impressed at the job they did and am glad they where able to work with our budget.

    The staff at TLC where a big help setting up our reception and making everything come together.We loved everything that they showed us and it was a pleasure using their equipment at our wedding.They work fast and are very flexible.Highly recommend TLC Event Rentals !

    TLC had rental equipment available that we didn't feel like buying.We loved the price and quality of their chairs.They really went well with our outdoor ceremony.The delivery was fantastic we got a lot of help setting them up at our venue.

    I checked prices all over Dallas. The quality of their table settings, silver, and linens was the most cost effective and the best quality for the cost. The ordering could be a little more organized, but they are really great at looking over your order, asking questions, and adding or subtracting items that you need. They were also very fair about delivery and pick up times and costs.

    Terrific rental company.They had lots of chairs and the Lilac linens that we where looking for.TLC did an excellent job getting everything delivered on time and ready for usage.I would highly recommend TLC for their flawless performance.

    Great prices, time flexibility abit difficult, extra charges for weekend deliveries. Great products, everything turned out just the way I wanted, But my party set everything up!!! I guess it was wrong of me to think that delivery included set up, I wonder if they do it for an extra fee? But they were late picking up their Items, and were at the bottom of the scheduled delivery time 8-11 am means 10:55 am. Again the prices and actual products I rented were in good quality.

    tlc rentals provided all of my rentals for my wedding reception. they communicated well throughout the process and were well organized. the prices on their rental items beats anyone i've been in contact with.

    We ordered yellow and blue linens and some of our yellow linens were a different shade, and the woman who submitted our order entered something wrong so we ended up with a bunch of 8' table cloths instead of 6'. On a lighter note they were very flexible about when and where to pick up the chairs and linens which made things easier on us.

    This is a great place for rental equipment.TLC has just about everything you will need for your wedding to be fabulous.We where able to get the special sized linens that we couldn't find anywhere else.They also provided us with chairs and tables for the evening dinner.The price we arranged was not at all expensive for all the great service we received.

    I was happy with TLC until the morning of my wedding. Their selection and prices were great, and I definitely shopped around. They even honored some expired coupons I had from a bridal show. However, the morning of the wedding, I was at the reception venue supervising the drop-off of the rentals, and I noticed quite a bit was missing. The delivery guys didn't even notice until I pointed it out. I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't been there. They called their manager who said another truck was coming with the rest of the delivery. I went to go get my nails done, and my dad waited at the venue for the second delivery. I got a phone call from my dad in the middle of my pedicure, saying that everything had been delivered except half of my tablecloths. THEY HAD RUN OUT OF THAT SIZE! Really? How does that happen? I secured my rental months before, but someone messed up somewhere, I guess. They offered to give me the same color table cloths in a smaller size, which meant they wouldn't be floor-length like the others. Ridiculous! This was something we had settled months ago, yet I was on the phone the morning of my wedding, yelling at people, trying to figure out what to do! Not how I envisioned my wedding morning going. I ended up having them send over white floor-length tablecloths to go under the shorter ones, and it looked okay. If the shortage had been realized a week prior, we could have dealt with it, but throwing something like that on a bride the morning of her wedding is just unacceptable!

    I felt that it was really expensive and they were 30 minutes late, which messed up my day. I wish they were a little more flexible with when it can be taken and picked up without charges. I did like the objects I rented, though. The people through email and phone were very friendly.

    The end result was great. Getting it there was another story. When our items were being delivered, the company charged us more money for a delivery fee, even though in the contract it stated the items would have to be brought down stairs, no elevator. We had to pay b/c it was the day before the wedding with no other alternative! Other than the manager calling being very harassing, the company did an okay job.

    TLC is not very organized. I rented a cake plateau and when I went to pick it up; they told me it wasn't available. They did have a different cake plateau, but not the right size.

    We paid an extra fee to have them set up our venu and when they got there, they handed the linens to my mother and asked her to find people to help set it up. After the wedding they were supposed to pick up the rentals the next day at the club, they did not pick until a week later and when they did pick up they told the club there was no need to count the linens because they did not have time. They then called ME to say they did not recieve all of their linens and that I had to pay for each one they did not pick up!
