I had the absolute joy of working with TLC Event Design & Coordination for a recent wedding, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this team.

Kirin and Lisette were both incredible throughout the entire process, from pre-wedding communication to the wedding day itself, and even in their thoughtful follow-up afterwards. Their care, organization, and communication made the experience seamless not only for the couple, but for the entire vendor team.

This wedding had a team of 14 vendors, and it was clear that Kirin and Lisette were deeply committed to making sure everyone felt supported, informed, and set up for success. That kind of leadership makes such a difference on an event day.

We worked with TLC events for event management / month of coordination for our wedding at the recommendation of our venue. Right away Kirin was extremely collaborative, answering our questions about the venue and big picture items. About two months before our wedding, our lead planner Katey got involved and you could immediately tell how much of an expert she was helping us coordinate communications between vendors and giving us recommendations on layouts and day-of timelines.

The actual day we could not have imagined anything better from the team. Katey kept the day flowing and was so proactive in coordinating all our vendors and friends that had important roles for the wedding. Throughout the day she was constantly keeping things moving while maintaining such a positive and fun attitude that big or small thing she needed us to do felt so exciting to us. There were so many things going on that day, it was so great to be able to trust Katey to know when and where we had to be.

Kirin and Jennifer at TLC were lovely to work with. They kept us on track with a whole portfolio of helpful documents and guides, as well as regular meetings to check in on our progress and let us know where we should be in the planning process. They helped with the design and the less fun details like rentals contracts, lighting and staying within budget. During the event itself, they took care of tons of details behind the scenes so we wouldn't have to, and checked in regularly to see how they could support us. They were also kind, fun, and thoughtful. I'd recommend working with them to anyone looking for support in planning their wedding.

After being a bit skeptical of how necessary a planner/coordinator was....this was some of the best money we spent! Lisette (and Mary!) was such an incredible part of our day. She made sure all the details were organized and taken care of ahead of time. During the day, she ran a smooth show to make sure none of us had to stress or decide really anything! We truly owe her for helping our day go off perfectly.

We are so thankful to have worked with TLC and their team for our wedding. Kirin and Lisette and team were so attentive and thoughtful throughout the whole process, whether it was to help us find catering options when others were unavailable, or helping us call our rentals for a last minute heater need, or making sure we knew all of our options for venue setup and layout.

Day of, we noticed so many times how things were just... done. We didn't have to worry about anything -- Lisette always had it handled. Even when we changed the direction we were facing for our ceremony at the last minute or changed up the procession layout, Lisette was on top of it. Apparently we had some issues with our linens as well, but we didn't even hear about it until after the wedding since everything still looked great. Turns out, Lisette handled it without us knowing.

All to say -- you will not regret working with the TLC team! They are so excellent, and we couldn't have pulled this off without them!

Working with TLC Event Coordination as a photo booth vendor was an absolute pleasure. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding throughout the entire event.
What impressed me most was their thoughtful approach - they strategically positioned an audio guest book table near my mirror photo booth backdrop, which significantly enhanced both the visual appeal of the photos and the overall guest experience. As a venue owner I can always relax when TLC has been hired as the Planner. They are organized, have great communication leading up to the big day and very present and responsible on the wedding day. Every vendor reflects on the venue and I consider TLC to be one of the best.

If you're planning a wedding, the first thing you should do is hire Kirin and her team at TLC. Collaborating with TLC is a treat in itself, plus all of the vendors they recommended were stellar and great to work with as well. There's a lot of moving parts to a wedding, but we always felt secure with TLC's experience and professionalism. Everything turned out beautifully and we wouldn't have changed a thing.
