2025 WILL BE OUR LAST EVENT SEASON. While we have loved hosting all our clients most special events, the ranch will be shifting our focus and expanding our horse boarding program after the 2025 event season concludes. If you are celebrating this year, we do still have dates available and would love for you to close out this chapter with us with the most amazing celebrations! We've reduced pricing for any new bookings for this year as our thank you for celebrating with us in this new journey.
Reinstein Ranch is a stunning outdoor venue welcoming weddings in Livermore, California. The ranch is family-run, and its owners hold community near and dear to their hearts. They offer the property to couples to use as their own, tailoring the space to suit the needs of their big day. Located within driving distance of San Francisco and Silicon Valley, the venue is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Indeed, guests will enjoy the scenic journey to the ranch before they even enter its picturesque grounds.
Facilities and Capacity
The venue specializes in hosting down-to-earth weddings, and its owners encourage couples to express their unique selves. Those celebrating their big day can exchange vows with Mother Nature as their witness. A stunning backdrop of sunkissed, rolling hills can be the backdrop to their outdoor ceremony. Receptions are welcomed at the property’s barn which is charmingly rustic space for a wedding reception. Its interior is decorated with string lighting to illuminate the worn grain of its wooden timber frame. As dusk falls, guests can venture outside and relax around the firepit area. There are multiple spaces available for the party’s use when getting ready.
Services Offered
The owners of Reinstein Ranch cultivate a calming environment throughout the property, allowing couples to relax and enjoy their big day without stress. They can help take the work out of planning events by organizing a DJ, a hair and makeup stylist, an officiant, and more. Their in-house planning team also includes a wedding planner, a florist, and artisans who can create custom pieces such as altars. The management also welcomes outside vendors, allowing couples to make use of the space as they wish.
Pricing: $13,500 for Saturdays, $11,500 for weekdays and Sundays, $5000 for events under 50 people

Before the ceremony, I managed to sneak away with Christianna into the meditation room for a little session, and it was *magical*. It's so easy to get caught up in the craziness of your wedding that there can be a tendency to rush through every moment. Christianna has such a gift being able to center people and gently remind you of the importance of your wedding. The short time I spent tucked away meditating with her was so incredibly helpful. PLEASE start a meditation podcast! :)
Dream wedding venue
Literal Dream Wedding
The fact that there is PLENTY of space for your guests to stay is another huge plus. There's a bunkhouse with 4 bunk beds, 6 yurts and 3 rooms in the main house. This was a huge game changer because it allowed everyone in our wedding party, some friends and our families to stay all together and enjoy the entire weekend as one big family.
Unfortunately we were one of the many COVID couples and had to postpone our beautiful day from April 2020 to August 2020. Christianna was SO incredibly understanding throughout the whirlwind of a process. I swear she sensed how anxious I was dealing with everything and leading up to the event, that she reached out a few times to offer a meditation - so helpful, she even called me the week of the wedding to do a quick meditation and it definitely helped with my nerves heading into that weekend. She was also so kind to let us have a soft hold on a date for 2021 pending another postponement. Luckily, we were able to move forward and it couldn't have gone better.
Albe was out of town the weekend of our wedding, so it was just Christianna and while she was helpful and there to answer questions, she also kept her distance at the same time which we appreciated - we never felt suffocated or pressured.
We are incredibly thankful that Christianna and Albe opened up their home to our family and friends - truly a magical weekend and magical space. Incredible memories happen here!
