Excellent Food

We absolutely loved the roasted pig over a firepit. Was exactly what we wanted and the food was excellent. Nice variety that everyone loved!

Tim did an excellent job slow cooking our main entree which was beef for our wedding. We had over three hundred people and all enjoyed the meal he made . Tim is very professional and easy to work with, someone who attended our wedding hired Tim to cater their wedding because they enjoyed the food so much.
