We had Tim take both our Engagement and Wedding pictures and we could not be more happy with the results! Tim was very easy to work with and he made taking pictures fun! All of our pictures are beautiful, I highly recommend Tim Coffey Photography!

Tim was amazing! He was so attentive to us as a couple and really worked with us to feel comfortable having our picture taken and be the center of attention. He captured all the perfect moments on our wedding day as well as our engagement photos. Highly recommended!

We are SO impressed with Tim! We were in love with everything we saw on his websites, both the wedding photography and his commercial work. It was great to see how he works behind the camera. Tim kept me laughing the whole day, and our pictures reflect the joy he added to the event. Everyone has asked where we found him, and my future sister-in-law told me, “This isn’t Tim’s last gig with our family! We’ll be seeing him again!” He managed to capture so many details of the day and so many smiles from our guests. Tim was also very flexible. My father-in-law passed away unexpectedly the Monday before our wedding, so, as my brother-in-law put it in his best man speech, that week brought “the highest of highs and the lowest of lows.” Tim got some shots that showed the sadness we were feeling, and then he would turn around and get pictures of the same people laughing. It was a beautiful day, and we were so lucky to have Tim there to capture it. We will treasure these photographs forever. See you soon, Tim!!

It has been almost two years since my wedding and I am just getting around to writing this review. I write this review now out of honesty and not obligation.

When we contacted Tim we were pressing to get a lot of things done in a short amount of time. We let him know of our date and thankfully he was available. We had been looking online for some time before we came across Tim's site but I can tell you that once we did, we knew we wanted to have him shoot our wedding. When we met with Tim, he sat us down, ran through all the options, was very professional, courteous, informative. He has a certain style, flair that gets you excited and energized well before the wedding plans are anywhere near done.

Tim had several plans/options to choose from which in this day and age we found to be very helpful. We chose our options and he wanted to set up an engagement shoot to make my bride and I feel more comfortable in front of the camera. We decided to shoot it on a boat at sunset and he thought that was a great idea. Those pictures came out fantastic, even though we almost lost Tim overboard... talk about going out on the edge to get the right shot.

The wedding shots were absolutely beautiful. Tim was there when he was supposed to be and at other times you didn't even know he was there (in a good way of course). He was not always in your face but you would think so by some of the great shots he pulled off. By the end of the night the wedding guests were commenting on how natural and professional they thought Tim was. The pictures were ready very quickly and nicely organized for us.

It can be hard to pull off the kind of service that Tim is providing, there are a lot of variables that can make his job very difficult. He is the kind of professional you want as you will never know what difficulties he has had in order to get you your memories that will last a lifetime.

I recommend Tim Coffey whole heartedly for ANY photo shoot you may be thinking of.

Tim Coffey is quite possibly one of the best photographers I've ever known. He is so easy to work with and has a beautiful eye for detail. He did both our engagement photos and our wedding, and was 100% accommodating of all our ideas. He went all over New York City with us for our engagement photos; and for our wedding, he drove us to Storm King Art Center to make our dream come true of having our wedding photos taken in one of our favorite places. He turned around the photos in no time, and gave us a complete disc of all our images. He was with us for over 12 hours on our wedding day, and everyone commented how he captured every detail, but they never felt like he was "in the way". There are moments that I relived by looking at his photos that I don't even remember happening! Enough words can't be said to express how happy we are with Tim!! Thank you for capturing this special time in our lives. You are officially our photographer for life!

We used Tim for our Wedding and he was awesome. Our photographs came out beautiful. Between the formal portraits and the more spontaneous moments I feel like Tim nailed everything. He was constantly getting down the on the ground to get a great shot and was open to any weird idea I had for a picture. He was also enjoyable to work with and fun to have around. A lot of photographers we spoke to tried to convince us we needed two photographers. When we first talked to Tim, he was like "I don't need any body else." and he was right. The whole event was covered without a detail being missed. He even managed to get a great shot of every guest during the party. I highly recommend.
