I had one ring engraved and one sized. They charged me an extra 20$ from the price they gave me on the phone... I don't like confrontation so I just paid what they asked, but I'm on a budget so I didn't appreciate the extra charge. When I asked why the extra $ for the engraving, they told me the price they gave me was the engravers fee. ?
