Ed Rhee shot our wedding video for us, and we could not have been more thrilled to work with him!

First of all, having Ed there on our wedding day was such a genuine pleasure. He's a consummate professional and was present but not at all intrusive during the many memorable moments of the day. He communicated his needs upfront, asked great questions about what we wanted, and took care of what he needed to do without interrupting the flow of the day. In fact, he worked right along with the flow, adding to our joy with that winning smile :D Having him there just felt like having another close friend there, which I wouldn't normally expect of a wedding videographer.

Our wedding ceremony was outdoors during a bright part of the day, and the reception was outdoors at night. Ed got perfect shots from every location and lighting, and communicated directly with our photographer to make sure that she got the perfect shots, too.

We got our video in a timely manner, and I can honestly say that it is beautiful! Yes, we cried. The thing that most impressed me about our video was the attention to detail and creativity of the shots. Ed captured details from our day that I would never have thought to film, and those small things contributed to the overall feel of the video. He didn't just capture the moments, he captured the joy that we all felt. I've watched it several times and every time I see something new, and every time it makes me so happy! :D

Finally, I felt 100% confident in what we paid to hire Ed (Thirty-Four Degrees). He delivered an amazing video and the value was more than worth it. I would highly recommend him for any videography needs. Thanks, Ed!

Ed Rhee is a great guy to work with. Our wedding was in Santa Barbara so when I found one of Ed's videos of a wedding in the same area I was excited. Not only did he frequently work in the area, his work was beautiful. We met with Ed at a local bar, which was so our style and he was completely open to, watched more videos talked about our likes and dislikes and made a decision. Ed was easy to talk with and gave us a phenomenal price and a package customized for us versus the standard offers many couples might take.

Fast forward to the wedding day and there was Ed and his assistant making me feel like a pop star without knowing it. It can be insane to have all these people around you to film you, the center of attention, but Ed and his assistant quickly blended into the background, making things feel smooth and natural. My final memory of Ed is the end of the night when he said goodbye with a flash of a smile as I drunkenly thanked him for spending the day with us. Better than my experience was The Brits, as he really wasn't keen on the idea of having a video or having someone follow him around all day, but he shared that he really liked Ed's assistant who exuded a calm and quiet presence (and would himself be getting married soon!) - I can't recall his name, maybe Brent? But he was an awesome nice guy just like Ed.

Ed captured the day so amazingly. He poetically stitched together our story in a way that made me so grateful to indulge in having a wedding video. There were moments of the day captured that each of us didn't get to see, but finally were able to, and the music was absolutely perfect for our video and us. There was a part I was particularly bashful about and asked to have removed, but Ed and his finesse convinced me to keep it in. He has a way of making you feel special. I cannot recommend Ed and his work enough.
