Seye and her team were champions at helping me ensure that my wedding went smoothly and successfully. My wedding was initially postponed twice due to the pandemic, yet The Willow Events stuck with me over three years. Their communication was excellent and their presence on the wedding day was invaluable.

The Willow Events worked with us to plan our wedding and were accommodating when we had to change the date, location and catering due to COVID-19. Seye and her team scheduled regular check-ins and provided us with good vendor recommendations when I wasn't sure where to look. We had an amazing wedding in Baltimore and Seye's team even helped with a last-minute weather decision which ended up working perfectly! They truly care about your day and were with me every step of the way!

I hired The Willow for day of coordination services. From the very first meeting, Seye was personable, attentive and supremely organized. She even got my fiancé (now husband) to participate in the planning process! She checked on our progress often and really helped us to navigate having to postpone twice. Day of, they were on top of things--managing my large crazy bridal party spanned across two hotels, and vendors spanned across to locations. Everything was beautiful and though in the beginning it was super important to me to plan everything by myself, I could not have asked for a better, more organized team to support me and bring my vision to life. Most memorable: Seye & Travee acting as my bodyguards, escorting me through a crowd of aggressive photo seeking guests during the reception so that I could change into my 2nd dress! Trust me, YOU NEED THE WILLOW!

Our experience with Seye was nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for an event planner that comes ready for any kind of hick up, you need Seye. She was there to keep me calm, make sure everything went according to plan and made sure I was satisfied. When we met, it felt like we been long time friends. Oh and that early morning coffee.. God bless your heart. I’ll recommend her a million times. If I have any event, I know who to call. Please book her, you won’t regret it. She goes the extra mile for her clients.

We had an excellent experience working with Seye and the Willow Events team! We were both very stressed by the whole wedding planning process before we started working with them. Seye was incredibly calm, patient, knowledgeable and organized throughout the whole experience. She put our minds at ease during a very chaotic time in our life. Seye and the Willow Events Team did a phenomenal job of coordinating our magical day. As the wedding coordinator, their services started a month before our wedding. They were very detail oriented with getting my timeline in order, keeping an updated guest list, and making sure our seating chart made sense. They reached out to all our vendors, and made sure finishing touches were in order. I didn’t have to worry about anything on my big day except for looking pretty and enjoying myself! My guests are still ranting and raving about the Willow Events’ professionalism and ability to keep our show going as smoothly as possible! We had a lot of details and a timeline that had to keep going, and they were on it to make sure our wedding and reception continued to flow smoothly! Another perk, is that they come with a 5 person team. If you have a lot of details, and an action-packed night, this is the team to go with!
