Grace is 10000/10 as venue coordinator and The Wilder Room is such a perfect gem. Had a spectacular wedding on 11/11 with no stress or complaints, just so many happy tears. Avvino was also great with our food! Just feel so blessed and thankful to Grace and her whole team. 🤍

Grace, Tori, and the Wilder Room team went above and beyond expectations. I cannot speak more highly of them and would recommend to everyone. Grace was a coordinator through the Wilder Room, but acted as if I had hired her myself with how passionate she was about our wedding. I trusted her judgement with decision making and everything turned out perfectly and the day went smoothly. We had an incident with a guest at our wedding, and she acted discreetly and professionally. She truly made our wedding incredible and I cannot thank her enough! We had a perfect wedding thanks to her and her team.

We knew as soon as we walked in that The Wilder Room was going to be the venue for us. It is an absolutely gorgeous space and the venue cost INCLUDES the chairs, napkins, linens, etc and so many venues don’t and that was so refreshing when we were making our decisions. I honestly couldn't have imagined a better wedding venue experience. Grace and Tori were both incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, especially considering we don’t live in the area. They took extensive notes and set up our decor exactly how we wanted. The bar staff was excellent and so much fun to work with. They tore down and boxed up our decor at the end of the night. Grace, Tori, and the entire staff did so much for us throughout the entire process and we cant thank them enough.

Tori and Grace were fantastic and made this experience incredible, they accomodated every request easily and made the event absolutley outstanding. Easy walking distance to several hotels and a variety of caterers to chose from. It seemed like they really cared about our daughter and son-in-law and worked to ensure their day was very special.

They say everything happens for a reason. We had to change our venue when we postponed and it was the best thing that could have happened for our wedding. The pictures speak for themselves of how utterly beautiful the venues are. Some other special highlights we enjoyed were our custom cocktails and the great bar service, the bridal suite, and the included gold chairs. As magical and as dreamy as everything looks- the real treasure is the staff and their service.

Bri- You did not need to be as kind as you were when we were searching for a new venue. Thank you for working with us and honoring the original quote from 2 years prior. Who does that?! Only the best. Your professionalism and expertise shine through. Your whole team is so competent and kind. You are a great leader and the space and your staff are very special. We will never forget all you did to make our wedding so worth the wait!

Grace- Holy Moly, I don’t know how you did it but somehow you got us through wedding planning during a global pandemic. Your name embodies your total energy- grace under pressure. Every meeting John and I walked away with a huge smile (even at the point when there were only ten guests allowed lol). From helping us navigate the ever-pressing question of table cloth choice to hang out sessions with Ellie, thanks for keeping us sane. We are so grateful to have met you and to have you in our corner this year! You are truly amazing!

Tori- Our wedding would not have happened without you. You were the most wonderful day of coordinator we could have hoped for! Thanks for all you did including getting everyone’s butts out and into the rain for the ceremony! :) Thanks for keeping us calm and taking care of every detail. You did your job so well, if there were any issues we were completely unaware. It takes a special person to be both commanding enough to keep the day running but gracious enough to keep a smile on everyone’s faces. I hope in the future we get to work with you again!

As you can tell, the people at The Wilder Room are a very rare find. We walked away from our wedding day feeling so celebrated and taken care of. Every last detail was perfect and it was all thanks to Bri, Grace, and Tori. We are forever grateful for these awesome women and all of their hard work. The Wilder Room is absolutely gorgeous. It is a perfect location downtown, with a parking garage right next to it. We liked the location being in the heart of the city.
Bri and her staff were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Especially with COVID I had to make lots of changes and was very stressed. But Bri was able to give me advice and made me confident that nothing would go wrong.

We loved working with Bri, she made the process easy despite having the wedding during a pandemic. The venu was stunning and she really took care of all details on the day of our wedding. She was able to accommodate all of our special requests.

I was repeatedly complimented on how relaxed I was my wedding day and I believe that is a true testament to how amazing The Wilder Room and it’s staff are. From the beginning we fell in love with the beautiful space and were so excited to work with Bri and Grace. Throughout the entire planning process they were with us every step of the way and supported our plans as they had to continually change. Everyone was flexible and creative and thought of every last detail. They are clearly experts who let you decide what you want but still offer suggestions when you ask. The entire day was absolutely gorgeous from start to finish! (& their newly renovated bridal suite is amazing!!)

2020 has been challenging, but I can honestly say if my wedding was this beautiful now, I can only imagine how wonderful it would be any other time. We were so impressed we booked it again for next year in hopes of having a big reception.

My now husband and I had our wedding reception at the wilder room. We are those people who pushed through with a covid wedding and had the best experience! Bri and her team were very flexible about everything. They helped to set up and take down the decorations. Bri was super helpful and knowledgeable. She was there the entire time and made sure our wedding day was amazing. We did everything by the book (the state orders at the time) which was a little defeating at first, but everything was perfect! We would totally recommend the wilder room!

I'm so grateful that the Wilder Room opened up as a wedding venue prior to making a decision to go elsewhere. It was exactly what I had in mind and the guests were blown away with the ballroom. The event manager, Bri, was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She provided a lot of guidance on where to start with the planning process and great insight as to what works vs what doesn't. Her entire team (especially Tiffany) the night of was courteous and friendly in making sure that everything went off without a hitch!

We had 150 guests and a cocktail style reception (passed hors d'oeuvres and food stations) and they made sure that guests were plenty full. The bar staff was also very efficient in keeping the line moving!

Overall, the Wilder Room is an incredible value and makes for a truly remarkable event. I can only hope to attend another wedding (as a guest!) sometime soon!
