I cannot say enough good things about The White Room! The showroom at TWR is beautiful with tons of great lighting and of course beautiful gowns. Jill was a dream to work with. This was the first place I went to start my journey finding the perfect wedding dress, and I feel so lucky to have started the whole experience here - it really set a high standard! TWR was so responsive to questions and flexible with us. Everyone involved seemed so genuinely interested in my wedding and helping me find the dress of my dreams, which I did! Valentina did an incredible job with the alterations, it felt as though the dress was truly made just for me. I would highly recommend TWR (and have been to everyone I know already)!

Not only does The White Room have a gorgeous and unique selection of wedding dresses, but everyone (especially Pegeen and Carmen) made me feel so beautiful, excited, and helped me find the dress of my dreams! Not to mention, I live out of state and they were always flexible with my schedule when I was in town. I would absolutely recommend The White Room to anyone.

I was fortunate enough to work with Carmen, the owner of TWR, and she could not have been more kind, knowledgeable, and warm! Her and TWR both have the BEST energy (and dress selection)!

She quickly picked up on exactly what my vision was, provided the perfect amount of guidance, and was a master of using clips to make the dresses fit so well (which was not always the case at other places and made a huge difference). She also was not pushy at all - I truly felt like she was just excited for me to find a dress I loved. After one more dress shopping stop later that day, Carmen was so accommodating to let us come back later that afternoon for a final appointment to say yes to the one (which by the way is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen!). It honestly felt like coming back to celebrate with friends!

As an out of state bride, before my shopping experience I was planning to do alterations at home, but after my experience at TWR I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle the next steps!

I bought my dress from The White Room over a year ago and finally wore it for my mini Covid wedding last month, and I cannot recommend them enough. By far, the #1 compliment I received that day was on my dress. Not only are the employees and tailors extremely kind and thoughtful, their dress selection is simply stunning. My taste is fairly minimalist (this is an understatement) so I was really nervous that I wouldn't be able to find a wedding dress that felt like "me." I ended up buying the first dress I reached for (after they patiently let me try on 10 more) because it felt so right. If you are looking for something modern, minimalist, but still breathtaking you should check them out!

I can't say enough about the staff at The White Room!! They have gone out of their way to provide a special experience for my daughter from the moment we entered the boutique and were offered champagne to the day they walked the dress to the loading dock for our COVID-19 bride.

Our guide for the shopping day, Peggine, was both helpful and knowledgeable while guiding my daughter during her dress selection. It was a fun day and we left with the perfect dress purchased!

I loved everything about this place and my experience! There is nothing but excitement, love, and beauty that fill this white room. They have so many different and unique styles without being bombarded by 500 options like if you went to a large chain. I wasn’t overwhelmed and I wasn’t overwhelmed by the choices, I guess you could say I was just perfect at whelmed.
The champagne was delicious and Nikki was the perfect match to my personality. I can’t imagine working with anybody else, and I had gone 3 other places previously to going here. She was able to joke around with me while also making it a point to understand what I liked and didn’t like about each of the dresses.
I also couldn’t love my dress more. It is perfect for me and our venue and I can’t wait for it to come in and wear it once a month for the rest of my life haha.
I seriously love everything about this place and I never thought I would be somebody who cried when I found my dress, but I have to say after my first appointment, I walked out into the hall on my way to my car and started crying. I was sooo overwhelmed with how nice and loving and caring the staff was and also how much I loved the dresses I had just tried on. In closing, JUST GO HERE ALREADY!
