The talent that WAC sources is unmatched. Lisa was the easiest to work with - extremely responsive and the highest caliber of talent at every price point. Every artist within her portfolio is insanely talented.

We hired Liron Erel for our Dec 2022 wedding at Cedar Lakes Estate. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

Not only did Liron get the best shots (he is a true artist) but he brought a sense of calm to our wedding weekend that I didn't know we needed. Liron is such a special energy and person - something we already knew but that our guests noticed as well.

I'll never forget our first call. After talking to about 17 photographers by that point, I knew Liron was 'it' within the first 30 seconds of meeting him. From our engagement shoot to our wedding weekend, Liron has felt like family from day one.

There are truly no words to describe the photos from the weekend & how much we will cherish them for years to come. Liron is a pure genius and natural talent. Our wedding would not have been the same without him there.

We hired Les Loups for our June wedding in Tarrytown NY and truly, truly, truly it was the best decision we made. Ro is an artist. Her work captures the how our wedding felt- the magic and the momentum of the day. The composition of her photos are so thoughtful while also feeling free. Her use of light is spectacular. I can't recommend her highly enough- if I could give her infinite stars, I would.

No words will do justice to the incredible experience we had working with Gary Ashley and his team. We were a bit picky in choosing our photographer and wanted someone low key who would blend in and focus on candid moments. Gary totally nailed it - not to mention he is lovely to work with and so easygoing, and lightened up the mood of the day so that everyone was relaxed. The photos were spectacular and exceeded our wildest expectations... he captured the most special, split-second moments and really captured the feeling of the weekend in a way we cannot thank him enough for. I cannot recommend him strongly enough... JUST AMAZING!

On Dacia:
Our wedding day was in the midst of an insane heatwave, and the most desirable floor for photos was not air-conditioned. We were on tight timelines. This easily could have created a frantic, stressful atmosphere, but thanks to Dacia, we were all able to make the best of it and totally enjoy ourselves. In the 8+ hours she spent with us, Dacia exhibited constant cheer, calming presence, and professional demeanor. Her organization and conviviality kept us grounded, laid-back, and most importantly, ourselves. Simply put, she was an absolute delight to work with. I don't think anyone else could've kept my husband and I as relaxed and high-spirited as Dacia did. Heat aside, the day was absolutely magical, and I credit Dacia for playing the largest part in creating our euphoric, enchanted mood.

On our photos:
Dacia is the definition of a true artist. Our photos are stunning. In addition to capturing every detail of the wedding, she captured every poignant moment too. The vibe that emanates from the photos so perfectly reflects the mood of our wedding that just by looking at the shots, you feel as if you are there. Her shots, angles and lighting made us feel like we were in a Vogue photoshoot! But the expressions and glances she captured of me and my husband are purely us. This mixture of true artistic talent with an innate ability to bring out the true essence of her subjects are what makes Dacia so unique and special. We can't sing her praises enough.

We can't say enough good things about the bi-costal wonder that is the Wedding Artists Collective! On a friend's recommendation, we hired Gary Ashley to photograph our wedding at Brooklyn Winery and are so, so happy we did! Hiring Gary for our New York wedding though he lives in California (and we wouldn't be able to meet face to face prior to the day) could have been viewed as a gamble. But It was clear from the first phone call we had with Gary that no matter the geological distance, he was the perfect person to capture our day. He felt like an old friend by the end of the phone call, remembering details about us both. Gary seems genuinely in awe of weddings and gives off loving vibes. He has an incredibly laid back style that went perfectly with the relaxed attitude we wanted for our wedding. He let us do things at our pace and was there to catch the story as it was unfolding. He was able to capture both the moments and the details of our day with impeccable timing and artistic vision. Throughout the planning process and the actual wedding day, Gary (and Lisa)'s positivity, warmth, and professionalism was reassuring and made us feel at ease. The photos we have now are incredible and unforgettable, and we, our friends and family all love them! Gary and his second shooter Cadence Kennedy were able to put a special touch on our moments that give them a classic, timeless quality. The more we look at them, the more we love them. We can relive our wedding day whenever we want by looking at the story of the day captured by Gary (which at this stage is about 5-6 times a day!). We really can't express enough how amazing our photos look and how much we would recommend Gary, Lisa, and the Wedding Artist's Collective!!!

We LOVE working with Lisa and the Wedding Artists Collective! Lisa is not only a joy to work with, but she also has impeccable taste, which she has used to create a roster of photographers and videographers who's work is beautiful, creative, and thoughtful. Each member is a professional, bringing years of knowledge and experience to their craft, and is truly an artist. The best part is that Lisa let's all of her members concentrate on what they do best (capturing beautiful moments!), while she handles all the logistics like, contracts, scheduling, billing, and anything else that might pop up. As wedding planners, this scenario is nothing short of a dream come true!! We've also had the pleasure of working with Lisa + some of her photographers on some smaller industry events, and we're absolutely inspired by her continual effort to build community and support others in this creative industry.

We had Brooke Fitts from Wedding Artists Collective for our July 19 Catskills wedding and cannot say enough good things about her. I first met with Brooke in early spring and knew from the get-go that she was the photographer we wanted. An experienced photographer who knows what she is doing, Brooke is both comfortable and professional (surprising how rare that combo can be!) As our wedding site was 3 hours north of NYC, she scoped out the location ahead of time online and was in communication with us leading up to the wedding to pre-plan the shots which were most important to us. Dealing with what felt like 100 different vendors leading up to the wedding, it was so nice to know she was on the ball without me needing to do anything. My fiancé and I both are a little camera shy. Brooke did a great job of making us feel comfortable and was able to get all the shots she needed during the ceremony without being a very noticeable presence. She did a great job of working almost behind-the-scenes (I never liked it when you saw a photographer running around a bride and groom, snapping shots while they were saying their vows) and Brooke proved to be truly discreet but also accessible if we needed her (and there are always those moments during a wedding when you instantly have to have a shot of something!) At one point, I realized I wanted a picture of my grandmother’s bible that I had carried down the aisle and when I asked Brooke if we could get a shot of it, her reply was “Already done.” That about summarizes it – you can trust that she is on the ball and you can then sit back and enjoy your day. In summary, Brooke brings a positive attitude, calmness and a sense of humor to your most emotional and fantastic day. If you are looking for a professional photographer with an eye for great shots who puts your interests first, go with Brooke!

Shannen Norman photographed my July 2012 wedding, and she was absolutely terrific. She was flexible about meeting for the first time, at a coffee shop in New York. She listened to our requests and helped us to clarify what we wanted. In the months before our wedding, she was always very responsive. On the day of our wedding, she was an absolute delight. She and her assistant made all of us feel so comfortable, and she was unobtrusive while still managing to capture all of the important moments. Her calm, warm demeanor put all of us at ease on what could have been a very stressful day. She had great ideas for how to photograph us, and our bridal party and families loved her. She even stayed late at the wedding-- past the time we had stipulated in our contract-- to capture sparklers at the end. She delivered the photos in a timely manner and we were thrilled with them. Shannen was by far the best person we worked with for our wedding, and I recommend her highly.

I had a very specific idea of what I wanted for our pictures from our wedding day - I wanted to be able to relive the day and see a story in our photos, I wanted it to be candid, I wanted to feel the emotion of the day, see the parts that as the bride I wouldn't get to see (like guests hanging out at the church before hand, or arriving for the cocktail hour), and I wanted them to be beautifully done. We got all that, PLUS quite possibly the nicest photographer to boot. We worked with Shannen Norman who did such a wonderful job capturing those moments throughout the day that you want to remember for ever. She was so nice in fact that our guests commented that they too loved our photographer! And have a crazy mom? Not to worry, Shannen can handle that and still make it feel as though the focus is on the bride and groom - and not miss the moment. To say I am happy is an understatement. I love the "staged" shots that don't feel staged at all. Everyone that has seen the pictures has gushed, and I can't help but gush here too. Love Shannen.

From experience I can say with confidence that The Wedding Artist Collective is highly selective of the photographers they represent. Their process is professional, streamlined and a true pleasure to work with when planning your wedding day.

I am a professional photographer and Art Director, so I had very high expectations for how I wanted our wedding day captured. After we found our venue, the search for the perfect photographer began. I had advised my sister on a photographer for her wedding, and although the woman she selected is incredibly talented, she is not a friendly person. This was disappointing considering you spend much of your wedding day with your photographer. Brooke was a true dream come true for me. She responded to all my correspondence ahead of time, which set me at ease. My husband and I met with her in person ahead of time and loved her right away. She was a pleasure to spend our wedding day with and made us feel special. Our second shooter, Ruth Powell is also a gem and did a stunning job. I have formed a friendship with Brooke post wedding, and hope to one day hire her for family photos when our first child is born next year.

Not only was Brooke a true pleasure to work with, but she executed the most stunning photography of our wedding day. She captured the true emotion of the day and has given our family a time capsule of pure beauty to hold on to for the rest of our lives and one day share with future generations. Not only do we love the photos, but others do as well. We were featured on Style Me Pretty New York, Carrot & Cake, as well as cover models for PDN Magazine's wedding issue. All proof that Brooke has exceptional talent!

Thank you Lisa, Brooke and Ruth a million times over. You gave this picky girl a gift that far surpassed the value of any monetary amount we exchanged. I will treasure you all for a lifetime!
