Bob was great from he day we came in, the engagement pictures, the big day and even now with getting the proofs and albums together, his whole staff is great with customer service and he knows his stuff!!

They never completed our wedding album. They took the photos gave us our prints and then when our album was supposed to be compiled in November, told us they were 2 months late. January came and went with no product, so they said late February. February came and went and then they never answered our calls or emails again.
