Where do I even begin?

We had just a 28 person wedding including us, the bride and groom... Sounds simple, right? Well, we complicated it by marrying alllll the way out at Powell Gardens, and then doing to reception alllll the way back in town at Lidia's. Lots of driving! In addition to that, it was important to us (ok mostly me) to have a Zero Waste wedding- with stations set up all over the house/venues for waste to go to recycling, compost, Terracycle, burn-ables for our fire pit, etc. etc. It required a lot more work, and LaTasha helped to make it happen!

LaTasha was CONSTANTLY on her feet, thinking ahead, anticipating my needs, conducting our rehearsal (we didn't know what the hell we were doing!!), picking up breakfast for us on the big day, wrangling folks for photos, collaborating with the photographer, making our yummy but somewhat boring looking cake POP with flowers and handmade bird toppers, video-ing all the toasts... I mean seriously, what can't she do?! She even helped me sneak a nerf bullet into my bestie-of-honor's bouquet so that I could surprise the groom with a silly inside joke during our vows when I handed him a flower with the nerf bullet tied to the stem... GOT HIM!!!

Everyone in our families and close friend group admired LaTasha's hard work and cheerful can-do attitude. She fit right into the energy of our big day. She thinks of EVERYTHING. I absolutely loved working with her, and the amount of stress she saved me was just so impactful- my main goal for the weekend was to direct all our guests' well-meaning logistical questions to her, so that I didn't have to think or make decisions- I could just divorce my phone for the day and be present. It was one hell of a weekend. It would not have been as breezy and fun without LaTasha there to guide things.

I was hesitant to spend the money on a Day of Coordinator, but I was so glad we hired LaTasha. She ensured our special day. LaTasha was highly organized, efficient, and caring. She walked us through all kinds of questions and scenarios to ensure our wedding went smoothly. Plus, she's an incredible resource for any questions you have before the wedding and not on just that day. If you're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented coordinator, you must talk to LaTasha if you want a person who will give you 110% percent on your wedding day. My wife, Alison, and I can't recommend LaTasha and The Veil KC highly enough.

I wish I could give 100 stars. I was the best man to my brother's wedding that he planned in 5 months. LaTasha pulled off everything to perfection. She took the time to meet every need, make sure every groomsman was tip top in appearance, and spent time with the 3 year old ring bearer to where he was the star of the wedding show. She had consistent contingency plans in place if the weather or the bride changed their mind. I've been in over 9 wedding parties, and it went off flawlessly and she was loved by everyone! 4 of the weddings I was in, even the brides from those there stated how much they would have loved to have LaTasha take care of their wedding instead of who they had. My entire way was stress free (I planned to have a lot of problems with my brother). It was like LaTasha read my mind and had every playback available. She made everyone's dreams, especially my brother's and new sister's come true.

If you want to be at complete ease and feel as if you're relaxing on a beach, a drink in your hand and a light breeze, make sure you have LaTasha take care of you. It was not even my wedding and even I felt like royalty. I've never felt less stress being a part or at a wedding in my entire life.

I almost don't even know where to start! LaTasha is probably the sole reason why our wedding day was successful. She set us up for success by making sure we had all of our ducks in a row at different intervals before the wedding (3 months out, 6 weeks out, etc). She was meticulous in making sure we were on track and happy with every decision we made. She was flexible in changing decisions when we wanted to change something which was very comforting. It made us feel heard and that she was really there to make our wedding what WE wanted it to be. Without her impeccable organizational skills and professionalism, my husband and I would not have been able to navigate all of the different moving pieces of a wedding. It really relieves you of unnecessary stress when you know that questions will be asked to your planner on the day of so you can focus on just enjoying the day. We knew we could 100% count on LaTasha to handle any mishap that could potentially happen because she had shown throughout the entire process of planning, that she was capable and had a strong will to get goals accomplished. She made us feel comfortable throughout and never made us feel silly for not knowing something. She was kind, understanding, and available when we got anxious and had to ask a million questions.
If you are in need of a wedding planner who is calm under pressure, extremely organized, reliable, and fun, please hire LaTasha. It was truly the number one best decision we could have made during this process. Thank you for guiding us and producing the most beautiful wedding we could have ever asked for. I recently got married on 9/23/2022. LaTasha was AMAZING! She executed every detail of my wedding day to perfection. I was stress free as she ensured everything happened as it should. The months leading up to my wedding I was able to communicate with her about all the details and any questions I had. She was quick to respond and even talked me through my mini freak outs as my wedding date got closer. My wedding day was perfect thanks to her.

Latasha was absolutely amazing! She made sure all my wedding decor dreams came together, made sure my vendor team had all the information, kept us on schedule and went way over beyond with end of night clean up. Anything I asked she made happen. I could not ask for a better planner that truly cared about our big day as much as we did and also made me feel like Beyoncé.

My wedding day ended up being one the most stress free days of the entire planning/executing process thanks to LaTasha. She was everywhere and seemed to be able to accomplish several things at once. My husband and I didn’t worry about a single thing the whole day except enjoying every moment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

LaTasha did such an amazing job coordinating my sister’s wedding! Being the Maid of Honor, I was a little stressed, but she took care of everything we needed plus extra we didn’t know we needed! Everything went so smoothly and that is in large part to LaTasha.

Hire this woman, you will not regret it! Some of my guests said they wished they had hired someone like LaTasha on their wedding day because they were not fully able to enjoy it due to how much they had on their plate.
