I had a wonderful experience with The Total Event as we all can contest that when ordering flowers through a third party can be quite difficult when your actually trying to get certain results in your flower arrangement. My daughters ordered me flowers just to tell me she loves me when thanking her she was a bit upset the flowers lacked the sunflowers. So I reached out to The Total Event and spoke with a nice man by the name Frank he assured me he would look into it immediately asked if I minded sending pictures of what I received. By morning upon getting to work I had an email in regards to matter and within the next hour I had the correct flowers and even bigger and brighter than what my daughter ordered. I would definitely refer this florist to every one of my family and friends. The professionalism was beyond perfect!
