Facilities and Capacity

The Thaxton is a multi-level space, dripping in art and architecture, ideal for events of all sizes between 20-150 guests. The space offers a vintage vibe plus countless backdrops for beautiful images. There are four different floors available for hosting events, all indoors. This property is perfect for ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, engagement parties, birthday parties, charitable functions, and corporate events. The facility is wheelchair accessible.

Services Offered

The Thaxton team provides the following services for each event: day-of coordination, set up, room flip, clean-up services, bar service, bar staff, and host. All bar services are provided in-house, with several different packages to choose from. Foodservice is provided by one of their trusted catering partners. An additional, optional list, of recommended vendors (photos, flowers, DJs, hotel accommodations, etc.) is also available to choose from. The venue carries full liability insurance, with no additional insurance deposit required from the client. In-house amenities include:
