Our entire experience from the tour to the wedding day and after was spectacular! Caitlyn and Logan were very responsive to any and all questions we had even if it wasn't related to the venue or their services directly. The wedding day ran very smoothly with help from their in house coordination team (Rachel). The venue itself is beautiful and melded well with our wedding and decorations. The layout of the venue made the day even easier from the getting ready space to the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party at the speakeasy!

Logan is incredibly organized, responsive, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect. She handled every detail so seamlessly that we were actually able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day (which is priceless). Anytime we had questions or needed guidance, she was there with thoughtful advice and a calm, reassuring presence.

What really stood out was how much she went above and beyond—not just managing logistics, but truly investing in making sure everything reflected us as a couple. The entire day flowed beautifully, and that’s 100% thanks to her.

If you’re getting married at The Simon, we cannot recommend Logan enough. She’s the kind of coordinator every couple hopes for—professional, kind, and absolutely amazing at what she does!

We loved our experience at The Simon. The team was super responsive and super helpful throughout the whole entire wedding planning process. Our guests thought the venue was the coolest and cutest spot, and loved Downtown Louisville as well. Highly recommend popping by Davidson Mesa Trailhead for some photos with the mountains too. We'll be recommending this spot to any engaged couples in the area for sure!

The Simon truly stuns as a venue and you need very little decor to make the space feel classy, warm, bright, and beautiful because the venue speaks for itself. Having an end of September wedding, an indoor venue was very important to me because I didn’t want to worry about potential weather disruptions. It’s located right on Main Street in downtown Louisville, which is an extremely quaint part of town with lots of great photography locations. A big selling point at The Simon is their inventory of decor you can rent completely for free for your big day. I can’t put into words how many people were impressed by the venue.

The bridal suite is large, stunning, and full of bright, natural light. The speakeasy in the basement is moody, intimate and perfect for photos. The ceremony space has huge windows that make the space feel open and bold, and the reception on the ground floor is perfect for festivities, especially if the weather is nice enough to open the garage doors. The wraparound balcony on the second floor is a great vibe for separating cocktail hour from both the ceremony and reception space and holds plenty of guests comfortably.

The owner of the venue, Caitlyn, has it together at all times. It is the primary reason we chose The Simon over other venues. I always had my emails answered within 1-2 business days, she was able to source vegan wine for me from her wholesaler, she was able to track down other vendors for me when they weren’t as responsive, etc. She knows it all and does it all with grace and misses no details.

I chose to hire my day of coordinator through the venue (Caylynn) and she was great to work with as well. She was thorough and communicative, showed up to meetings on time, and remembered details. She took charge and set up my decor perfectly, asked very few questions, and I knew I was in completely capable hands working with her. Her and Logan (facilities manager) working together really made the day go so smoothly.

Overall we are so happy with our choice to host our wedding here. Our guests were totally wowed by how beautiful every space in the building is, and the staff at the Simon really makes it what it is. If you want a wedding that is smooth, easy, and naturally beautiful, look no further.

WE hired the Simon day of coordinator Logan, she was great, she was a huge help with vendors, wedding party, the guests, and making sure that things were esthetically pleasing.

Caitlyn and her team made this all in all this was a great experience. The bar tenders killed it with the drinks, and so many people loved the speakeasy.

The Simon was a perfect place for our wedding day. Communication was amazing and they really care about everyone individually. The cost was very reasonable compared to most other venues in Colorado. Highly recommend hiring Logan as your day of coordinator if you do have your wedding here. She was amazing and made our day stress free! Highly recommended The Simon!

This was the perfect venue for an indoor wedding in Colorado. Our big day brought rain and overcast skies, but we still pulled off the perfect wedding for 140 guests thanks to our incredible space and team at The Simon. Highly recommend the cocktail bar after-party downstairs as their drinks and atmosphere were unmatched!

The Simon is an absolutely perfect venue for your big day. We had 87 guest and had plenty of space. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. We were able to use minimalistic decor because of how pretty the space is on its own. I loved that the ceremony space was separate from the reception area. There are also 2 getting ready suites on separate floors which was a nice touch! The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and professional during the entire planning process and day-of. We hosted an open bar, which ran smoothly throughout the night but there are plenty of drink packages to accommodate your needs. I also loved how transparent the pricing was, unlike most venues. The prices listed on the site are accurate and there were no surprise charges anywhere. We chose to take photos in downtown Louisville and they turned out perfect because the area around the venue is super cute as well. I lived our experience at the Simon and would recommend them to anybody searching for a venue.

Where to start... The team at the Simon was absolutely amazing, from the beginning with all the details/tips on how to plan a wedding (shout out to The Simon Resource Doc); Caitlyn's and Stef’s (In-House Planner) quick responses to all our questions and emails; to making our wedding day go by without a flaw (champagne glasses poured, cake table decorated with extra flowers, etc).When we had a hiccup with our transportation, Caitlyn and Courtney (our facilities manager) jumped right in and drove us to the Davidson Mesa Trail and back for our photos. I’d like to mention that Caitlyn was not supposed to be working that day either but she stayed around and made sure our day went smoothly after that issue. Caitlyn and her team really care for the couples at her venue and make an effort to ensure their vision comes into fruition.

We received so many compliments from friends and family on the venue and the way our wedding was managed. Kyle and I really were able to have fun on our day because everything was so meticulously planned and coordinated. Thank you so much!!

We hire their in house day of coordinator and she was amazing too! The venue itself is breathtaking, offering the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Our guests were raving about the beautiful setting and well clean it was. If you’re looking for a venue that will make your wedding day unforgettable, The Simon is the place to be. Highly recommend!
