This was the perfect venue for an indoor wedding in Colorado. Our big day brought rain and overcast skies, but we still pulled off the perfect wedding for 140 guests thanks to our incredible space and team at The Simon. Highly recommend the cocktail bar after-party downstairs as their drinks and atmosphere were unmatched!
Special shout out to Stef for being an amazing day of coordinator and our bartenders for mixing the world's best old-fashioned. -

Where to start... The team at the Simon was absolutely amazing, from the beginning with all the details/tips on how to plan a wedding (shout out to The Simon Resource Doc); Caitlyn's and Stef’s (In-House Planner) quick responses to all our questions and emails; to making our wedding day go by without a flaw (champagne glasses poured, cake table decorated with extra flowers, etc).When we had a hiccup with our transportation, Caitlyn and Courtney (our facilities manager) jumped right in and drove us to the Davidson Mesa Trail and back for our photos. I’d like to mention that Caitlyn was not supposed to be working that day either but she stayed around and made sure our day went smoothly after that issue. Caitlyn and her team really care for the couples at her venue and make an effort to ensure their vision comes into fruition.
We received so many compliments from friends and family on the venue and the way our wedding was managed. Kyle and I really were able to have fun on our day because everything was so meticulously planned and coordinated. Thank you so much!! -

Our wedding on July 27th at The Simon was nothing short of perfection! From the stunning location to the impeccable service, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was seamless and truly special. Caitlyn was so on top of every single detail, it was always open communication. We hire their in house day of coordinator and she was amazing too! The venue itself is breathtaking, offering the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Our guests were raving about the beautiful setting and well clean it was. If you’re looking for a venue that will make your wedding day unforgettable, The Simon is the place to be. Highly recommend! Oh and did I mention they are pet friendly?!

Had our wedding here is August and wow what an amazing experience. It was so hot on the day of but you could not even tell when you were inside which was really important to us. Caitlyn was so amazing, thoughtful and helpful through the whole process. such a special venue to be a part of of in their opening year. Would recommend !! -

My husband and I had our wedding here at the beginning of April, and from the beginning of the planning process to the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly. The venue was perfect and absolutely gorgeous, and Caitlyn played a huge role in making our day so special. She was absolutely the best coordinator we could have asked for. She helped us every step of the way, took so many burdens off us, and consistently remained calm, positive, and professional. We had the most perfect wedding, and we are forever grateful for Caitlyn and The Simon! -

The venue was amazing! Caitlyn and her team answered all of my many questions... we had to reschedule our wedding which gave us 8 weeks to plan our dream wedding in a new location. She worked us to find all our vendors and still accomplish our dream wedding in such a short timeline while emotions were at an all time high.
The space was so cute, and clean and worked out just perfectly! We had 160 people, ceremony & cocktail hour upstairs and reception downstairs. We didn't use the speakeasy because we couldn't fit but we hired transportation to Avanti in Boulder where all our guests were staying for an after party which worked out perfectly. We took pictures at Davidson Mesa trailhead which was spectacular, so special that it is only a 6minute drive from the venue. I really appreciated how professional the entire venue team was, while also being very accommodating to special requests. It had all the pros of working with a big business, with the added flexibly of working with an actual human being which in the wedding business is VERY HARD TO COME BY.
My only advice for the next bride is the music echos VERY loudly in the main room. Highly highly recommend working with your band/DJ on acquiring equipment to absorb the sound. Guests were leaving early because we couldn't manage the sound so it really is an issue. -

We feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon The Simon for our wedding venue! When we originally booked The Simon, the venue was still under construction, and they had not yet hosted a wedding. From the moment we first emailed with Caitlyn to walking out the door at the end of our reception, we had an INCREDIBLE experience!! The space is absolutely beautiful. We were excited to find a spot to host a winter wedding where there were two separate indoor event spaces and there wasn’t any “flipping” of rooms required! The exposed structure throughout and white brick lining on the walls provides a unique look for a lot of different styles! The space feels modern but cozy. It was absolutely perfect for our winter wonderland wedding. But, really the beauty of the space is just a small part of what The Simon, Caitlyn and her team have to offer! We truly loved every moment of working with Caitlyn. She was soo responsive to all of our questions throughout the process, and I really feel she takes the time and gets to know every one of her couples. We always felt like we had a teammate and someone that cared about our big day and making sure we felt like all the bases were covered. For being a new venue, they really have it together! They are so organized, communicative, helpful, PLEASANT, etc. Honestly, there is no limit to the wonderful things you could say about The Simon after booking your event there. You would need thousands of words and pages. All I want everyone to know is that if you are thinking about booking The Simon, stop thinking and DO IT!!!! You will be so grateful you did. -

We would get married every year here if we could! Caitlyn was INCREDIBLE and helped us as we frantically searched for an indoor venue during a snowstorm! If you want a GORGEOUS indoor space and the easiest folks to communicate with (and a champagne wall!) you need to get married here. Or videographer and photographer were blown away with how beautiful it was to take pictures in a space so well designed for weddings -

The Simon is a timeless venue that offers an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. We had our wedding here and could not have picked a better place! The Simon allows you to have the mountain views AND offers a gorgeous indoor space that is perfect no matter the weather.
Working with Caitlyn (the owner) and her team at The Simon was easy, efficient, and so enjoyable. This team is all about making your vision come to life in their space and will go to extraordinary lengths to make that happen. Have an exact idea of what you want? Great, they make it happen. Need some help brainstorming ideas? Amazing, they bring creative thinking to the table and still allow it to feel like it was tailored for you.
Inside the venue you'll find all the latest fixtures and 3 levels of different event space for your guests to enjoy. The speakeasy in the basement is an amazing, unique feature that no other venues we toured even came close to offering.
The location of the venue is everything. Louisville as a city is a hidden gem. Gorgeous wedding photo backdrops of the Flatirons in Boulder and a Main Street featuring great coffee, bites, and fun all within walking distance from The Simon. Air BnB's were also easy to find if you wish for your group to stay close by.
The space is perfect for small, intimate weddings and larger (200 persons) parties. The pricing for all that is included can't be beat. Go see it for yourself in person, you won't be disappointed! -

This is THE wedding venue ya’ll!!! On July 22, 2023, we had the most amazing wedding, and we sincerely couldn’t be happier with our venue selection. We came across The Simon on Instagram back in October 2022, only having been engaged for less than one week. We had a few venue tours lined up, but The Simon was the first one we had on the list to visit. That same day during our hard hat tour, we fell absolutely in love with the vision of The Simon and the warm welcome of the owner, Caitlyn. We picked a date that afternoon and started all the planning.
I cannot begin to express how amazing The Simon was to us. Caitlyn and the in-house coordinator we used, Claire, were an absolute delight to work with. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. From the initial planning stages to the day of the wedding, their expertise and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They truly made us feel like we were their top priority!
We had about 150 guests RSVP, selected beer + wine + 2 specialty cocktails, catered Chipotle, catered the Sweet Cow Moo Mobile to park outside for dessert, hired florals/ DIY’d some, and bought most of all the decorations. The best part? We maintained under our $35k budget!
If you're searching for a wedding venue that combines modern elegance, charm, and exceptional service, look no further than The Simon. Our wedding day was a dream come true, and we owe a huge thank you to the entire team for making it all possible.
My FAVORITE moments included the speakeasy underneath the venue (Totally worth booking), the outside deck for cocktail hour, the aesthetic of the brick and chandeliers, The proximity to the flatirons view for first look photos, the main street strip for sunset photos, and of course the food, dessert and music/dancing. I mean I could go on truly about the vendor dream team we had. I attached some photos! -

Highly Recommend!!
The Simon is an absolutely perfect venue for your big day. We had 87 guest and had plenty of space. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. We were able to use minimalistic decor because of how pretty the space is on its own. I loved that the ceremony space was separate from the reception area. There are also 2 getting ready suites on separate floors which was a nice touch! The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and professional during the entire planning process and day-of. We hosted an open bar, which ran smoothly throughout the night but there are plenty of drink packages to accommodate your needs. I also loved how transparent the pricing was, unlike most venues. The prices listed on the site are accurate and there were no surprise charges anywhere. We chose to take photos in downtown Louisville and they turned out perfect because the area around the venue is super cute as well. I lived our experience at the Simon and would recommend them to anybody searching for a venue. -

The Simon is Amazing and Worth Every Penny!!
Our wedding at The Simon on 8/18/24 was absolutely perfect. From the moment we saw the venue and met Caitlyn, we were blown away. Caitlyn is incredibly organized, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our day was truly special.
The venue itself is stunning, with so many unique spaces that offer different vibes. Whether it was the moody speakeasy or the bright and airy ceremony and reception areas, we felt like we could shape the space to fit our vision. But what sold me where the tables and chairs — they’re modern, beautiful, and included at no extra cost, which was a huge plus.
We appreciated the flexibility to bring in our own vendors, but Caitlyn’s recommendations and her effort to build relationships with local vendors made everything so easy. Choosing The Simon was one of the best decisions we made, and our day was absolutely gorgeous thanks to Caitlyn and the entire staff! -
