The Saturday Club is one of the nation's first women's clubs. Our building was opened in 1898 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Members of The Club support the community with philanthropy and volunteerism by regularly organizing community service projects, donation drives, community outreach programs and fundraisers. The rental income from The Saturday Club preserves and maintains this historic community treasure.

• Ballroom with cushioned built-in banquettes, hard wood floors, elevated stage, brass chandeliers, and a grand piano
• Vaulted and beamed ceilings and hardwood floors
• Alcove with a non-working fireplace
• High-top cocktail tables, 60-inch round tables which seat eight, rectangular eight and four-foot banquet tables, and 100 folding, padded chairs
• The tables and chairs are set up prior to your event and put away after.
• The Club hosts just one event a day.
• Events may begin at any time, so long as it ends by 11:30 pm.
• Access athe clubhouse is as early as 9:00 am on the day of your event.
• An event manager is at the clubhouse during your event.

Catering and Beverages

• You or your caterer provide linens, dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• The Club does not offer any food or drinks.
• The Club does not have preferred vendors.
• You select, coordinate with, and directly pay your own caterer, bartender and vendors for food, alcohol, and other services.
• Caterers and bartenders need insurance.
• You may purchase food from a market or restaurant or prepare it yourself off-site.
• You may supply the alcohol, but only an insured bartender can serve

Pricing for 2026 and 2027

• We charge the same fee year round for every type of event.
• Friday and Saturday rate is $2000.00 for a rental that is five hours or less.
• On Sunday, the rate is $1500.00 for an event that is five hours or less.
• For a weekend event longer than five hours, the fee is an additional $300.00 per hour.
• From Monday to Thursday, daytime and evening, the fee is $250.00 per hour with a three hour minimum.
• On holidays, including but not limited to, New Year's Day, President's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year's Eve and Day, the rental fee is an additional $750.00.
• The Club charges $300.00 for professional cleaning.
• The Club has audio visual equipment including portable speakers, a mixer, a microphone, a projector and screen to rent for $200.00 [optional]
• All fees are subject to Pennsylvania state sales tax.
• Renters pay a refundable security and key deposit.
• Payment is by check only.
