We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating our wedding at The Willows, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless, elegant, and completely stress-free. Peachtree Catering delivered an exceptional dining experience—our guests are still raving about the food! The presentation, the service, and most importantly, the flavor were all top-tier. A huge thank you to our day-of coordinator, Grace, who handled every detail with such calm and professionalism. She made sure everything flowed smoothly, and we never had to worry about a thing. We also want to give a special shoutout to Ashley and George, who went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. They truly felt like part of our celebration. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that’s both beautiful and impeccably run, The Willows/Peachtree Catering is it. We’re so grateful to the entire team for making our day so magical.

From the moment we toured, we knew the Willows was the perfect place for us. We had a micro wedding (about 20 ish people) - price was great for the size of our wedding. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were all very welcoming and super attentive throughout the whole process. Our wedding coordinator (Stephanie) kept us calm and on track the whole time. They assisted with coordinating with all of our vendors (many of their preferred vendors were incredible). So our wedding Pinterest board really came to life. The day of service was fabulous. Brandi was our point of service contact and she made sure all things were taken care of without any hiccups. AND THE FOOD. Absolutely divine. All of the guests raved for days after. We still think about the peach burrata to this day. We would recommend the willows to all!

The Willows & Peachtree Catering are such a pleasure to work with. When we first started wedding planning, we were unsure of exactly what we wanted. As soon as we stepped foot on the Willows property, we knew we HAD to have our wedding there! Lindsay and the full staff at Peachtree were amazing to work with - so responsive, helpful, and flexible with our requests. Our guests complimented the food & service the entire evening! Our event coordinator Grace led us through everything from our first tour to the wedding night. She made the planning process clear and easy and was with us for every step. She always answered our many questions and emails quickly and gave amazing advice and suggestions on everything that we had no idea about. Grace listened to the vision that we had and made everything a reality and even better.

Our dignitary Ashley made us feel special from the second we arrived on the wedding day. She brought our wedding parties everything that we needed while getting ready in the suites, was on her hands and knees setting up all of the little details throughout the venue, had a drink in each hand for us when we reached the end of the aisle after the ceremony, made sure that we got a piece of every appetizer and dessert, and was there for us throughout the whole day.

The venue and the setting that it provided for our wedding is beautiful. The photos from our ceremony look amazing, and the property provides so many good spots for portraits. Our guests loved taking pictures all over. The mansion, patio, greenery, and pond are amazing backdrops that make everything feel luxury. The food was amazing and all of our guests kept complimenting how good it was and how all of their allergies were accommodated. The bartenders were able to make a unique speciality cocktail that we requested and made it so well that it was the unexpected hit among our guests. They even got the fixings to make dirty martinis, both of our mom’s favorite drink, when it wasn’t on their menu.

The one and only thing that disappointed us about our wedding was the low volume of the music during the reception. They tell you from the beginning that there is a strict noise ordinance and that the speakers won’t go above the set volume, but we didn’t think it would be an issue. We had 92 guests and you could barely hear the music on the dance floor. A few guests asked the DJ to turn it up and he said that it was as high as it would let him. Dancing wasn’t the most important aspect for us, but may be a bigger deal if it is for you.

10/10. We had the best day of our lives, and it was all thanks to the Willows and Peachtree. Grace, our fabulous wedding coordinator, made the planning process SO easy and as stress free as possible. The venue is so gorgeous, and the food is unreal. Everything is displayed so beautifully, and all of the event staff are so courteous and professional. We really could not have had a better day. We showed up on the day of the wedding and everything had been taken care of. We just got to enjoy it and focus on having a good time.

First of all, the property itself is incredible. From the historic mansion, the area where our ceremony was held and the sprawling hills and landscaping. As soon as you drive into the main entrance, you see the beautiful ponds and fountains with Willow trees around them. I can’t picture a more beautiful view for making your way up to the mansion. Then once you get to the back terrace, you look down and around at the incredible landscape. The grounds have so many plant and tree varieties and are very well maintained.

When it came to the food, we were blown away. St cocktail hour, everyone raved about the taco bar and how they wished they could’ve had something on that level at their own weddings. The entrees were a good portion and flavorful, unlike some of the other weddings I’ve been to where the food is bland and dry. But I have to say, the desserts at the end of the night were my favorite. The mini strawberry and cookies and cream milkshakes were addicting. I honestly think I had 7 or 8 of them! The food truly exceeded our expectations and was truly delicious.

As for the staff, well they went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we need and all of our questions were answered. Grace and the rest of the PeachTree catering team really made sure that we and our guests were accommodated throughout the whole day. As soon as we first went to visit the venue, Grace helped us envision what our wedding could look like at the Willows in late May and when the time came, it was exactly that and more. On the day of the wedding, all of the staff paid attention to detail. My wife has a food allergy and everyone made sure there was no chance of her getting a reaction which we truly appreciated. The whole staff made sure each part of our wedding day flowed smoothly and helped everyone have a fun time. Even at the end of the night, with pouring rain (somehow it held off till the very end of our reception) they helped us gather all of our belongings and pack them into our vehicles. I can’t thank them all enough for the hard work they put into making sure my wife and I were truly happy with our big day! My wife and I will always recommend the Willows to any couple we know looking to get married!

Our dreams came true at the Willows thanks to the Peachtree staff! Both my wife and I have worked in the wedding industry, so we know exactly what it looks like behind the scenes. Though we were nervous at first about there being one exclusive caterer and an assigned day-of coordinator, everything turned out wonderfully.

The Space: The Willows is simply a gorgeous setting at every turn - each room, the landscaping, the grounds. Thankfully we were able to pull off Plan A, getting married in the courtyard, but it was extremely important to us that the backup plan be just as beautiful, and it is! Though we're grateful we didn't have to use it for the ceremony, the Solarium being empty meant we were able to get ready there with tons of natural light and beautiful tile. I loved the variety of spaces we were able to use for portraits and family photos. The views, and the drive in, really set the tone.

The Food: Food was my wife's number one most important line item when it came to our wedding, especially having been served less than ideal meals as vendors and seeing the same things over and over. Multiple reviews of Peachtree told us what we needed to know, and we were confident about the menu options. During the tasting, we were a little thrown off because there weren't many items that we loved, but our coordinator reminded us that they're choosing things to present that you wouldn't have necessarily chosen on your own. Our wedding day food was truly unreal, hands down the best wedding food I've had. All our guests were RAVING about it, too.

The Staff: We can't say enough good things about the staff at Peachtree/the Willows. We got so lucky to have the team we did, who told us repeatedly that we had amazing guests and the vibes were high. Namely, George, Karen, and Steph made our big day possible. At the end of the night, our hotel shuttle forgot about us, so my wife and I also were able to chat more with the staff, and they genuinely all seemed so happy to be with us. This was absolutely a highlight of our day.

We couldn't be more grateful to have found the Willows!

Peachtree, the Willows, and Grace are all fabulous. The Willows was truly our dream venue, and we absolutely hit the jackpot with Peachtree as our caterer, and Grace as our coordinator. As a queer and trans couple, we felt seen, affirmed, and safe throughout the whole process. We got compliments on the venue the whole day. Even my dad (a retired professional chef of 30+ years) complimented the food multiple times. The burrata bar was a dream come true, and the custom mocktail Peachtree made for us was one of our favorite parts of the wedding and people are still complimenting it weeks later.

Peachtree was also incredibly accommodating of our unique requests. When we toured the Willows, we fell in love with one particular part of the property for the ceremony. Even though no one had done their ceremony there before, Grace and Peachtree made it happen flawlessly. And, when we wanted to do the ceremony outdoors in 30 degree weather, no one batted an eye. They also created a second dining room for us so that our more COVID conscious guests had a safer space to eat.

Grace was a dream. She always followed through on our questions, she made all our requests happen, and our day went off without a hitch. You can’t do better than the Willows, Peachtree, and Grace- truly a dream team.

We had a lovely fall wedding at The Willows and were lucky to work with Stephanie as our coordinator. The venue and surrounding landscape is stunning, and the food was amazing. We received many lovely compliments.

As the couple, our day was easy breezy. We were kept informed as needed but we mostly just got to enjoy our day after 1.5 years of planning. Stephanie was so helpful throughout the planning process and on the day. She was always responsive, very knowledgeable, and she was fun and fit into our crowd perfectly. We also had the lovely George attend to our every need while we got ready in the bridal suite and he made everyone feel very special and relaxed!

We are so grateful we chose Peachtree and The Willows for our wedding day and are lucky to say that we wouldn’t change a thing :)

Peachtree and the Willows made for an unforgettable day and an amazing wedding. The venue at the Willows is charming and beautiful. Rain or shine the venue has everything you might need; the interior building is lovely and spacious! Many options for food and every dish was delicious! Micah, Ashley, and the entire staff did a wonderful job on the day making everything perfect! Micah is an amazing coordinator and had a plan for everything! Truly made our wedding dream come true!
