We had our wedding reception at Spring Mill Manor in November 2025, and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the setting was beautiful and created the exact atmosphere that we were looking for. The venue was spacious and never felt overcrowded, and the bridal/groom suites were a great place to hang out and get ready before the ceremony. Although we did not have our ceremony at the venue, the outdoor area was well maintained and provides a stunning backdrop. We definitely recommend looking into some of the upgrades that are offered as well. The uplighting really made the space look great and set a delightful ambiance. The staff was professional, attentive, and dedicated to making our day perfect. The planning process was smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated the staff’s guidance. On the day itself, everything went seamlessly allowing us and our guests to truly enjoy and celebrate. Kyle specifically was such a great person to have in our corner for the big day. The food was good and everyone seemed to enjoy the hors d’oeuvres. We received countless compliments from our guests on the venue and are so grateful to have celebrated such a special day in such an exceptional place and would highly recommend this venue to any couple. The staff was exceptional as well and was a pleasure to work with.

We had our daughter's wedding reception at
SMM November 1st, 2025.
It was beautiful! The venue was fresh, clean, inviting and grand! The food was delicious and our guests raved about how wonderful the reception was! From our first visit with Samantha, to our constant interaction with Alyssa, Director of Events, in the planning months the service and response to our questions were promptly answered. Other Outstanding staff includes Kelly, who attended to us in the bridal suite, Giselle who attended to the Bride and Groom and parent table!
Lastly, I can't forget Kyle, our day of wedding coordinator. He went above and beyond even recognizing some important items left behind and he picked those up to make sure we got those returned. It was a perfect day from Start to finish.♥️

LOVE the new renovations. Had my wedding back in November and finally getting around to share our magical day! While initially I was hesitant on how the new company was going to take over my planning (the company was sold to Pen Ryn in June), they took away all my fears quickly! Both Colin and Jordan really made sure my feedback was heard and I can't thank them enough. Day of is where they really shined. I was blown away when they finished renovations, the biggest change was the floors, no more carpet!! Guests were raving about everything and I'm so happy in the end things worked out, thank you Spring Mill!!

Very disappointed – I regret choosing this venue for my daughter’s wedding.
I’ve organized four weddings for my daughters, and this was by far the most stressful and disappointing experience. We chose this place because the price seemed fair, but it was absolutely not worth the stress or poor communication we went through.
From the beginning, the venue was disorganized and unprofessional. They required insurance certificates for every vendor — something none of the three other venues I used before ever asked for. Even after we sent everything, they repeatedly claimed they didn’t receive it, even though I have emails and screenshots proving otherwise.
On the wedding day, the bridal suite was dirty when we arrived — trash in both rooms, mirrors unclean, and not at all ready for a bridal party that was paying extra. They even charged us over $1,000 just to get in two hours early so the bridal party could start getting ready. For that price, we expected the space to be spotless and welcoming — it wasn’t.
They refused to provide any light refreshments or even allow me to bring simple fruit and snacks for the bridal party, unless everything was purchased through them. It felt like they were constantly finding ways to charge extra for everything, even for simple things that other venues include.
Communication with the staff was extremely poor. Nobody answers the phone, and even during meetings I had to call my DJ and hand the phone to them because I couldn’t get clear answers in person. On the day of the wedding, there were last-minute issues with vendor meals and unnecessary arguments about small details that should have been handled smoothly and professionally.
After the event, they even accused my group of damaging a mannequin and threatened to charge my card — something that absolutely did not happen. There was a party before ours that could have been responsible, but they didn’t care to check.
The only positive thing I can say is that the venue itself is pretty, but the staff, especially Kyle and Alissa (the directors), made the entire process frustrating and stressful. Their lack of communication, poor customer service, and rigid attitude completely ruined what should have been a joyful experience for my daughter.
I strongly do not recommend this venue. There are many other beautiful places with kind, organized, and professional staff who know how to handle weddings smoothly.

Our wedding was nothing short of a disaster. The food was cold and the fries were stale, forcing me to apologize to almost every guest. The staff admitted it was everyone’s first day on the job, which was blatantly obvious. Professional chefs and managers from top establishments like Rivers Casino, Live Casino, The Borgata, Harrah's, Bally's, Caesars, and Tropicana were in attendance and could tell the staff was completely unprepared to handle an event for 200 guests.

The cocktail hour was a mess. Stations weren’t set up properly, and guests had to move objects and food around themselves because the waiters were clueless. To make matters worse, they ran out of plates, turning the event into absolute chaos.

Despite boasting about handling 400 weddings a year, the quality of service and food was abysmal. Servers struggled to get food out on time, leading to a lackluster service. On top of that, they fired two directors of events, which forced us to finalize our contract just 72 hours before our wedding—a nerve-wracking experience that should never happen.

We tried to address these issues with an NDA, but the terms were overly stringent and completely unreasonable. I feel obligated to warn others about these significant issues.

Ask your vendors and be thorough when selecting a venue. We heard of other couples canceling their events here, and we wish we had taken those warnings seriously. Based on our experience, I strongly advise against choosing Spring Mill Manor/their new owners.
