Facilities and Capacity

Situated two hours from Boston and less than three hours from New York, this venue offers couples a historic retreat on 86 acres of countryside. The grounds can host various events, from intimate elopements to receptions with up to 250 guests. The main indoor space is The Chair Factory, a wooden building built in 1847. Inside features an elevated stage, dance floor, and bar area. Couples who prefer an outdoor ceremony will have access to the Rose Dwelling, which is detailed with a romantic gazebo and aromatic florals, or the Deere Pond shores. You'll be welcome to host your rehearsal dinner at the historic Barn Ruins and enjoy the night among the peaceful mountain stream and Indonesian fire pits. Another option is under the rustic pergola, which was constructed of natural wood and gives visitors a stunning view of the Berkshires and Taconics. Parking is available onsite, with wheelchair accessibility to ensure every guest arrives at the celebration safely.

Services Offered

Chairs and tables will be provided, which you can arrange into any formation you prefer. Also available on-site is a 6-person chaufeured golf cart, parking for up to 60 people, and various event rentals, including heaters, fire pits, ceremony arches and decor pieces. In addition to weddings, the venue can host prenuptial events, including engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners. You will also have access to the various onsite accommodations to ensure a relaxing wedding weekend.
