We needed just the suit jacket/blazer for the men in the wedding as we all were out of town. Without seeing, John helped us out and made what could've been something difficult and stressful very easy. He was the only one in the area that would rent us the jacket in the color we needed. The ease and quality is what makes us HIGHLY recommend him and his shop.

We rented for our whole wedding party at Ritz Tuxedo rental for our Son's wedding in March 2020. The same day as the Covid pandemic announcement. Luckily the wedding still happened just before the quarantine. Our Tux rentals were perfect and the owner John was a pleasure to work with and the best price around to top it off!! I checked all the prices around and his can't be beat by a long shot!! They were all the new modern fitted style and looked very nice! 👍:)

My fiancé and I were having a difficult time finding a tux for him and his groomsmen. Mens Warehouse wants $220 for a suit that you wear for less than a day, and the quality of the suits aren't that good, in my opinion. My fiancé ended up renting one suit from Mens Warehouse for our formal pictures before the wedding. He did not have a good experience with them and didn't want to use them for them for the wedding. You can BUY a suit for $200 so you should not be renting them for that cost. My friend referred me to Ritz, I called them and I was BLOWN away by how cheap their rental suits were. $50 for a full suit rental, the staff in there is nice and you are in and out of there quick with measurements. Picked up the day before and dropped off Monday since they aren't open on Sundays. Didn't charge us for anything even though some buttons and cuff links broke. I loved the look of these tux's much better and they were a good quality for what you pay, than any at Men's Warehouse. I wish my fiancé had worn a tux from Ritz for our formal pics.

Very nice to work with. Had no problems with the tuxedos. The tux's fit all the guys perfectly. Tuxedo's are very reasonably priced. paid about $440 for 8 tuxs. Tuxedos were very nice. They were not tacky at all. They had all the tuxs ready the day I went to pick them up. Things went very smoothly. I Recommend this vendor.

This is where we rented all the tuxedos for our wedding. The Ritz, owned by Garen W. Palmer is such a great little shop! Garen is a very great guy and gave us quite a deal because we'd rented a certain amount of tuxes. We'd looked at all the other places around here and I realized that they have the nicest tuxedos and the best prices too!

The Ritz is a great place for affordable tux rentals! Great value for the price. Not very flexible about pick up and drop off. They were very efficient, but not exactly overly friendly when the guys went in to be "fitted". And didn't offer any advice or solution for a groomsman with no waist and a pant slippage issue. We ended up using wardrobe tape before the ceremony, to keep him from showing his bloomers! But the tuxes looked good on all three guys.

They had good tuxes, only problem is they were pretty ridged about pick up and drop off times.

Horrible experience and customer and service, please think twice about using this business.
First, they do not allow you to try on the tuxedo at their store. They make you go home and come back with issues. This is problematic and silly especially if you live far away.
Second, They also only allow you to pick up the day before event 2-5. So in my case I had a wedding I needed to be at 8 AM so there was no time to make adjustments. This would have been solved if like every other tux rental company in the world they allow you to try on when you get there.
So, when I got my tux it fit horribly and the arms were incredibly short. I wore jacket into store when I dropped it off and he said "oh yeah those are really short" and I told him I had to use my own tux. I asked for a refund, he said tough shit literally and chased me out of the store like a maniac. He followed to me to my car shouting obscenities and this was the owner of the store so he has no customer service or desire to care about customers. He refused a refund so I left and said I'd have to share my reviews and dispute the credit card charge as I was unable to use his suit.
So please think twice before using this place, it will ruin your wedding and give you no recourse for help.
