To say Sugar Spring Ranch is gorgeous is an understatement. While at The Ranch, enjoy breathtaking views of a private lake, rolling hills and surrounding woodlands. You and your guests are sure to be swept away with all of the romance in the air. This newly built venue was designed to host beautiful weddings and events!

The Ranch offers multiple ceremony site options that deliver the perfect space for any season. Whether you’ve been dreaming of having your wedding outdoors or in, you can choose what option best suites your specific needs and style.

Our rustic red barn is 8000 square feet and accommodates up to 300 guests. The venue is climate controlled, yet maintains an open air, romantic feel. Guests can easily meander indoors or out. Enjoy a one of a kind indoor/outdoor dance floor and celebrate your best day ever underneath the stars. While dancing the night away, be sure to wave hello to our pet zebra, he's a real party animal!

While rental includes your tables, chairs, linens, and even exclusive items from our Wedding Décor Catalog, all amenities include the set up and breakdown services from our detail oriented team!

Highly Recommend

We attended the Boots & Beauties Daddy/Daughter Dance, and it was a great evening that was well planned with plenty of activities to keep the kids interested. The venue is beautiful, and the staff did a great job making sure guests were taken care of and having fun. I highly recommend Sugar Spring Ranch for their facilities and hospitality.

Best Wedding Venue!

We are more than happy to share positive words about Ashley, Melinda, Amanda, and the amazing staff at Sugar Spring Ranch! We truly had the best day ever and it was thanks to you all. Our family and friends were so impressed by the property, the venue, the entire staff, and that hydraulic glass door! I have no doubt that we booked the best wedding venue in the St. Louis area. I would like to extend a special and heartfelt thanks to Amanda, who brought me comfort leading up to wedding day and that day especially. Losing my dad has been the hardest struggle of my life. She not only understood where I was coming from, but showed me every kindness to remind me that my dad was truly there with me that day. Even though our time together was brief, I could not have a deeper appreciation for her. Thank you again for everything! Sticking with Sugar Spring Ranch was the best decision we could have made for our wedding.

From the rehearsal to the actual wedding, everything went so smoothly!! I was so happy with how everything turned out! I know the barn will be beautiful for the new lucky couples!

Amazing service

From our initial tour to our details meeting to the our wedding day, everything was so wonderful! We had great communication with Ashley throughout the whole process. She was very helpful and informative with all of the questions we had… and we had A LOT! This will forever be the best day of our lives and we are happy we had it at Sugar Spring Ranch :)

Unpleasant To Work With In Trying Times

Following the unfortunate events of Sugar Spring Ranch, this venue became very difficult to work with. In my opinion: amateur, unprofessional and unrealistic. As a bride I had to look out for myself and my wedding and move to a different venue as they had promised it would be done by September (this month) with no proof or plan of a rapid rebuild to show. I could not take that risk on my wedding or sit through the stress of wondering if a build would be done by my wedding. Luckily I received a full refund. But it took 3 months for that and for them to realize a rebuild by September was unrealistic.

Unprofessional Venue

If you want to be truly disappointed Sugar Spring Ranch is your venue. I am not one to post anything negative about anything or anyone but I feel this needs to be addressed. My daughter’s dream wedding was nothing but a nightmare. When the original venue burned May 2021 our hearts were broken just like theirs but we stuck it out with them. We believed them when they said the new venue would be ready for our April 2022 event. When January came we were assured they were switching to Plan B and it would be ready. Three weeks later we were emailed they were moving us to their South location because the new venue would not be ready. Knowing at this point so close to the wedding we had no other options. I could go on and on with the list of promises we were promised at that point that DID NOT happen. They even started taking our decorations down at the reception before it was over. Placing the custom made cake topper in the gift card box causing it to get broken. Such a horrible experience with this venue.
