Sunflower Hill Farm exceeded all of our expectations. Sunflower was the first venue that we ever visited and we always came back to it. We visited a couple of other venues after seeing Sunflower Hill Farm, but nothing quite measured up to this beautiful venue. We never felt pressured to commit to moving forward with this venue or putting down a payment right away, like we did touring some other places. You get reasonable, clear pricing, you know exactly what you are getting. This team is the BEST to work with. Freyja was our primary point of contact, she was always providing us guidance and support with multiple planning sessions. Rob was another point of contact and he always made us feel heard and supported. SHF may say that that they do not provide a wedding planner, but they provided as an abundance of advice. And everyone was so accommodating! They were very flexible with all of the on-site decor options as well! We always had an open line of communication, we never felt like we were a nuisance or had asked a dumb question. The team thought of so many different things to think about before we had even considered it, which allowed us to really look at what we wanted for the wedding day. We always got the autonomy that we were looking for in terms of making our own decisions, but Freyja's planning expertise opened up a lot of different ideas/options that we had never really considered. I was the nervous, anxious bride the morning of our wedding, running around and worrying about last minute details. I was worried that we were forgetting something. But Freyja kept reassuring me that the team had us and that everything would work out. My nerves slowly went away and that level of reassurance did so much for me! The day certainly did work out! We were blessed with beautiful weather for our October wedding day, but the beauty of this venue cannot be overlooked. The ceremony site is stunning, with a small and intimate space for our guests to join us on this special day. It has an amazing overlook so you can view the gorgeous flowers, vegetation and patio space. The reception area was perfect for our amount of guests and we had great Fall weather that allowed for us to roll up the windows in the reception spot, which only enhanced the experience. The food was top notch! When we had the dinner tasting several months prior, we knew that we were in for a special treat. But the quality of food transferred over to our reception to where we did not notice any dip in quality, even though we had an additional 100 people with us! The service staff were equally as impressive. From the bartender to the wait staff to the cooks... everyone was amazing in their respective role. We got so many compliments about the staff from our guests and all of the interactions were wonderful. You can tell that this team truly enjoys what they do every single day and they take great pride in it. And boy, are they amazing at it too! Sunflower Hill Farm truly wants every couple to enjoy their wedding day and they provide all of the resources in order for this to happen. We cannot recommend this venue enough, you will not be disappointed!

This was the most amazing wedding venue with the most amazing crew! Freyja was an absolute joy to work with. She was easy and fun to communicate with and always accepting of our requests - very patient. Every aspect from the planning process to the day-of was impeccable! And the food made in-house, INCREDIBLE! We received countless compliments on how good the food was. The bartender crew and drinks were also great! Having Freyja there the day-of also made everything stressless and enjoyable. We are so extremely grateful and couldn't have been happier with having our wedding at Sunflower Hill Farm. Oh, and I couldn't forget the chickens and cats, they're the best!

Freyja and the team at Sunflower Hill Farm truly made our day so special. Her helpfulness in the planning and decorating process was the best, she took all of our ideas and helped bring them to life. And the venue's staff & hospitality the whole night was incredible. We still have guests telling us months later that this was the best food, service, timeline., and wedding they had ever experienced.

Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more! A huge part of that was because of our coordinator, Freyja and this stunning venue.

Our coordinator was truly incredible. She was organized, calm, and always three steps ahead. She handled every detail, every timing shift, and every vendor with ease. This allowed us to actually enjoy our day, be present, and not stress about a single thing. She genuinely cared, checked in on us constantly, and made the entire experience feel effortless. We felt supported the entire time.

And the venue… absolutely beautiful. Every space photographed so well and felt magical in person. Our guests could not stop talking about how gorgeous it was — from the ceremony space, to cocktail hour, to the reception. It was everything we envisioned.

We truly had the most amazing experience at Sunflower Hill for our wedding. As soon as we toured the venue we knew it was going to be perfect for our day. Freyja was so responsive to all my emails and was so accommodating for the entire process from the tour all the way to our wedding day. On our wedding day, I knew I could totally trust the staff to make sure everything ran smoothly and everything would be set up how I wanted. Freyja honestly took so much of my stress away throughout the planning process and on wedding day. I truly cannot say enough amazing things. Not to mention the venue is absolutely stunning.

Sunflower Hill Farm is top notch in all categories!! We worked with Freyja from start to finish, and she could not have been more helpful. We used SHF for the venue, catering, and their gardener, Lucy (Moody Blooms) designed our florals. We received so many compliments from guests regarding the beauty and flow of the property, the food was excellent, flowers were absolutely stunning, and the entire SHF staff was so attentive and friendly!! We chose SHF hoping to provide guests (and ourselves!) with an unforgettable experience, and they exceeded all of our expectations! We can’t thank the staff at SHF, and especially Freyja, enough for helping us celebrate the most special day!

From our initial tour until the Wedding, we had a wonderful experience. We reserved the Farm for the entire weekend and hosted our Rehearsal Dinner there on Friday evening. Freya was an absolute joy to work with. She is kind, patient and competent. We knew we were in good hands from the beginning. The staff were all so friendly and eager to help. Thanks for making my daughter’s wedding everything she hoped it would be.

This venue is absolute perfection. It is maintained and well manicured always. Every single staff member is incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. Freyja their wedding coordinator is top notch. She made sure every detail of my wedding was executed just as planned! I got so many compliments about how gorgeous and well executed our wedding was. We also used Sunflower Hill to cater and their food is incredible! Many people told us it’s the best wedding food they’d ever had. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough! Also, since it’s so gorgeous you barely need any decor! This place made all my wedding dreams come true.

Venue is beautiful and perfectly set up. Extremely organized and well equipped to handle anything. Staff was fantastic. Freyja was wonderful to work with throughout the entire wedding process.

Words can't express how grateful we are to have chosen Sunflower Hill Farm. Our April wedding date brought the worst flooding the venue has experienced in over 10 years and we were completely taken care of and it did not impact the joy of our wedding experience. Beautiful venue even if it rains. Freyja was an amazing coordinator and couldn't have played a better role in making our day as close to perfect as possible. In house catering was incredible and staff was complemented by so many guests.
