If you are looking for an SF wedding, look no further than the Pearl. It is a beautiful modern space and the post professional and responsive team. The took care of the bar for us and made sure everything came together. We got so many compliments on the space. Also loved having ceremony and cocktail hour on the roof and then separate space for the rest of the evening. They made our wedding so special.

My, now, husband and I are so grateful to have chosen The Pearl as our wedding venue. Our wedding timeline was affected by Covid, but The Pearl and its stellar staff (Thank you so much Carrie!) was so kind, respectful, and flexible. We just had our wedding at The Pearl and couldn't be happier! From the moment we walked into The Pearl, we knew it was the perfect wedding venue for us. It fit all of our needs for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The venue is absolutely beautiful and doesn't require many decorative additions. Carrie is absolutely amazing - she's responsive, helpful and goes out of her way to make sure everything is just as you want it. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing our venue was.....we're so sad it's already over.

The Pearl was the most expensive venue we looked at, but our favorite by far because of the rooftop ceremony area and lots of natural light inside. There is a lot of great art on the interior walls as well, including the huge “tree” on one wall. It ended up being a great choice for COVID safety because we were able to hold the entire event outdoors on the rooftop. The rental includes a variety of tables, chairs, rooftop umbrellas, and other items. Sales manager Carrie Galles is terrific and was a joy to work with, even through all the COVID-related changes. I would highly recommend having your wedding here!

We had a very bad experience with the Pearl. We had to cancel our engagement party due to COVID (was scheduled for March 2020). Initially the Pearl intended to keep ALL of our money, including open bar payment and site fee. The GM was also very rude to us on the phone, telling us we were selfish for asking for money back. Their contract had a force majuere clause which several lawyers advised me would warrant the return of our money, especially as the delay dragged on beyond 1.5 years. We ultimately had to take them to small claims to receive a refund. At small claims the judge mentioned that The Pearl had been there several times with other clients already. Small claims forced the issuance of a refund of 50% of the site fee and 50% in credit which we could transfer to another party. However, the Pearl managed to block this too when I found someone to transfer to. I could have taken it back to the judge but at this point, I just want to wash my hands of them and the whole affair. There were a lot of vendors who were honest, fair and kind during COVID but The Pearl wasn't one of them. Additionally, a friend of mine who runs a event space rental site told me they dropped The Pearl (pre COVID) from their vendor list because of bad consumer business practices. I would recommend avoiding them and using one of the many other beautiful venues in San Francisco.
