If we could give Dan 6 stars, we would! He did such a great job as both a DJ and a magician at our wedding! We had several guests come up to us and say how much fun our wedding was and it was primarily due to how great Dan was! He knew exactly the vibe of the room and went off of that. Knew when to give people a rest and then when to get people back up on the dance floor. His energy, games, and ease to work with made him the perfect DJ for us!

You will not be disappointed with him!

Dan the owner of the party zone was amazing. He is not only a creative and great entertainer but a professional business man who follows up and offers competitive rates. He helped my wife and I for our 25 yr wedding anniversary and gave us creative ideas about using the song for our first wedding to where we combined it with another song. He also gave us the idea of playing a trivia game of who knows us best and had everyone stand on their feet for the grand entrance going to each side of the guests to see you was giving louder cheers. everything flowed smoothly from the music and mics in the ceremony to the reception. He even taught the guests a dance or two. He has a God given gift to energize people and also make them feel comfortable. He is my DJ and MC for life to my kids future wedding, my moms 90 th party and much more. I've been to other weddings and parties and no one compares to Dan and the party zone. Thank you Dan for orchestrating the celebration. My wife and I love you for an amazing job.

Amazing, Amazing service from the Party Zone. Specifically DJ Dan. Having a good Dj for your wedding is so important because they really set the tone of the whole day, and keep the party going the entire reception, and Dan really did just that!! He was immensely diligent with coming up with the right songs to play, listening to my music tastes, suggestions, and what to play vs not play. He made sure to double, triple check that the special songs he found were exactly the right ones that I requested, for first dances, walking down the isle, etc. He truly just went above and beyond to do his job, ensuring everyone was having an amazing time. Cannot recommend him enough!

We cannot recommend The Party Zone enough, Dan was an absolute delight to have be a part of our wedding day. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for us and that our guests were always smiling. DJ Dan was the best!! He was available since day 1 and made sure that he got all the details for the wedding. He made us feel supported by being flexible, answering emails and calls, responding to questions and make our dream wedding come true. His performance was exactly as he described it would be. IF you have Dan as your DJ, let me introduce you to the best party ever! We hired Dan for our wedding, and he had a terrified dancing bride up dancing all night! From the moment we met him, he was charming, personable and worked with us on the music we wanted and even had a “do not play” list. During our meeting with Dan, he introduced us and Scarlett, my 5-year-old daughter, to his rabbit Snoopy. He allowed her to pet, feed, and play with Snoopy. Dan spoke at length to Scarlett to include her in the preparations, making sure she also was happy. During the reception, Scarlett helped him lead the dances. He is awesome working with children.
He changed the lighting colors at the reception when he realized we had a purple theme. He knew the time schedule for the evening and helped move things around to avoid gaps which included speaking with the venue to serve dinner faster. He watched throughout the party to gauge the mood and moved the music to match it.
Dan is the consummate professional! He was fun, personable, witty, and approachable. He was early for set up, was friendly and outgoing, communicated extremely well and kept everything moving. You just want to be his friend afterwards.
If Dan is not available for your date, we would actually recommend moving your wedding so he can be there. We only wished we had booked him before we hired other vendors for our photo booth. With the knowledge we have now, we would have hired him for whatever wedding services he provided. We will definitely use him in the future, especially for our daughter’s birthday as he is also a magician.

We had Dan DJ our wedding this past month, and from start to finish, he was professional, detail-oriented and — best of all — extremely enthusiastic. He asked all the right questions and was happy to step back or take the reins, whichever we preferred (which was a mixture of both!). We especially appreciated the call we had a few weeks before the big day, during which he went over song selections, do-not-play lists and even timeline suggestions to liven up the dance floor and keep the momentum going. We were recommended to Dan through my mom, who has hired him in the past to DJ middle school dances. We kept saying, if he can get a crowd of disinterested and shy 13-year-olds dancing, he sure knows how to drive a party! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for ceremony/reception talent, as Dan is a jack of all trades and master of everything! (He even coordinated a video surprise from my husband and really went the extra mile to make our day memorable.) Thanks again, Dan!

We met Dan at a wedding expo, but were instantly familiar with his work through countless Bar Mitzvahs we had attended growing up. Dan was a ball of energy and was so ready and excited to join our team. He worked with our budget which was so helpful! He was ready to answer all of our questions. He was able to troubleshoot and knew the industry really well. When COVID hit, he assured us he is still on our team, and wouldn't make changes to our contract which was such a relief to us as we were navigating these strange waters.

Dan did a very detailed meeting with us a month prior to the wedding and knew all the questions to ask. He was incredibly supportive and fun and constantly reminded us that it is OUR day and really made us feel like the King and Queen of the day! He made it special! He heard what we wanted for lighting and he was able to really bring to light (pun intended), what our vision was! He even made us a custom gobo which was beautiful!

I would highly recommend Dan not only for Bar/Bat Mitzvah services, but for weddings!
