I used The Party Rescue (www.thepartyrescueteam.com) for my wedding reception. I was on a budget and initially wanted to do just hors d'oeuvres. However, when I talked to Emma (owner), she informed me that they essentially did the grocery shopping at bulk retailers (Costco, Sams, etc) and we pay at-cost for the food and then just an hourly rate per staff member required. It was easy to budget around and I was able to do a full buffet dinner for our guests! Emma was wonderful to work with and just as sweet as can be! I would highly recommend working with them!
