The Palace Event Center is a wedding venue located in El Reno, Oklahoma. It is locally owned and operated by the Bogle family. This venue offers a unique and vintage style for hosting ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and engagement parties.

Facilities and Capacity

The Palace Event Center can accommodate up to 475 guests and has two event spaces to host weddings. Spanning 13,000 square feet of space, the Palace is the largest indoor event space and features a floating dance floor, a bar with teak arches, antique benches, tables, mirrors and an elevated stage. A baby grand piano can also be found in this space, adding to its air of vintage romance. This banquet hall is perfect for larger receptions, with plenty of room for banquet-style seating and after-dinner entertainment. The Chateau is an ideal venue for intimate gatherings with its metropolitan chic decor and large wooden dance floor. Among the featured decor here are hanging string lights, paper lanterns, and chandeliers. These can cast a warm glow over your celebration, lending to the welcoming atmosphere. You can opt to use both spaces for your special day, hosting your ceremony in the romantic Chateau and your reception in the Palace.

The Palace Event Center offers a number of different wedding packages that couples can choose from. Some of the services offered include assistance from the dedicated event planners on staff. They can help you orchestrate a truly magical experience at the property. You can avail of in-house bar and catering services, working alongside the expert culinary team to design a menu that suits your taste. Experienced mixologists will be on hand to serve libations during your cocktail hour and throughout the evening. The event planners can put you in contact with their preferred vendors. Their highly rated catalog features everything from florists, cake makers, and even hair and makeup services. A number of event rentals are also available for your use, such as tables, chairs, barware, and flatware. Lighting and sound equipment can be leased for your ceremony and reception. Set up and clean up can also be managed by the dedicated staff, allowing you to enjoy your enchanting soiree.

    Our experience so far has been amazing!!!!

    Brooke is super sweet, very professional and answered every question I had! The venue is beyond beautiful and included deco which was a life saver!!!! This venue is perfect! So glad we chose this venue and so glad We got to meet Brooke! All my wedding stress is gone now! She made it that easy!!! Our wedding is next June but I had to write about how amazing it has already been!

    Beautiful venue

    Brooke and Tracy at The Palace Event Center did an amazing job! Brooke did all the set up and tear down for the wedding so we were able to just enjoy the perfect day. They have a “storage room” with decorations for clients to use if they don’t want to purchase decorations they’re going to use once. And it’s included in the rental of the venue! They made our day as stress free as possible! Such a beautiful location!! We fell in love with it the moment we stepped inside!
