The Painted Table Fresno Catering and our day-of coordinator, Vanessa Youngblood, were truly exceptional. From the very beginning, their team made us feel like family and provided an outstanding level of care and service that went far beyond our expectations.

Vanessa was an invaluable partner throughout the planning process. She was organized, proactive, and incredibly supportive, offering thoughtful recommendations that aligned perfectly with our budget and our vision. On the day of the wedding, she and her team executed everything flawlessly. They handled all setup and breakdown, coordinated seamlessly with every vendor, and ensured that our guests didn’t have to lift a finger. Knowing that they were managing every detail allowed us to be fully present and enjoy the day without a single worry.

What impressed us most was how skillfully the team navigated any unexpected changes. There were adjustments made behind the scenes that we didn’t even learn about until after the wedding—exactly what you hope for in a day-of coordinator. The Painted Table was the caterer for my wedding last October. They did an incredible job with both the menu and presentation. My husband is from Colombia and they put together a creative Colombian inspired menu. It was both delicious (I am still thinking of the tres leches cake) and fresh! The staff was very friendly and professional. They even made sure my husband and I got a chance to taste the appetizers while we were so busy with photos and greeting guests. I will definitely be thinking of the Painted Table for future events and highly recommend their services.

The Painted Table was the caterer for our daughter’s wedding reception at the end of October, and they did an absolutely amazing job. Our son-in-law is from Colombia, and the Painted Table team came up with a wonderful Colombian menu that everyone loved, including those from Colombia. We had so many compliments on the food – everything was delicious, and the presentation was great. Our catering manager Melissa gave us her phone number and email, and we had no problems reaching her when needed. We also had many compliments on the level of service and the staff at the reception. We really felt that the Painted Table team went above and beyond to provide us with the best food and service. We recommend the Painted Table very highly, and would definitely use them again for another event.

Overall painted table was amazing to work with. Kati and Melissa went above and beyond to accommodate to our 1/2 vegetarian guests.
The food was delicious- my fav, the chicken and waffles Were a real Crowd pleaser, the Grand cheese and fruit display was gorgeous.
Kati and Melissa took my vision with the decor and made it better than I could have imagined.

Painted table is always a pleasure to work with and the food is outstanding.

The Painted Table was not my original catering vendor because I felt it was beyond our budget, however when I got the call from our venue stating they had switch their preferred catering vendor to the Painted Table I was very pleased! The tasting was done in a group setting with other brides-to-be from my same venue which was actually quite nice! They do offer a private tasting if you prefer that! They were extremely welcoming and ready to jump right into getting my prefect menu set for my big day! I must say it was a little difficult to set our menu simply because ALL the food was amazing! We finally chose seasonal summer salad, lemon caper chicken, potatoes augratin, pesto pasta, and seasonal vegetables. For the appetizers we chose the fruit and cheese display and the smoke almond stuffed plum wrapped with bacon. My husband and I could not have gotten enough compliments on the food, all of our guest raved about it stating not only did it taste amazing, but they loved that it was not the typical "wedding dinner." I would highly recommend them for any event!

My daughter's November 12 wedding at Panoche Creek River Ranch was catered by this company. I worked with Kati Hill over the year leading up to the event. She was very responsive to my many questions. Painted Table did the place settings (Kati asked for photos of our desired set-up and made sure they were executed). The food was DELICIOUS with an autumn seasonal emphasis. We had two appetizers and 3 choices on entrees, including a fantastic vegetarian lasagna. The coffee bar was wonderful, and I highly recommend it if you are doing a late fall or winter wedding. The service staff was very helpful. A few glitches came up in serving, due to people changing tables and then forgetting what they had ordered, but that was not Painted Table's fault. They were easily corrected. People need to remember that in a sit-down served dinner, you need to stay at your assigned table, at least until you get served! I would highly recommend this company!!

My daughter and her husband-to-be wanted to do an international/travel theme wedding and Jeromie came up with the idea for a four-sided buffet with Asian, Italian, Mexican and American foods. They were all delicious!
Our guests and the photographer and DJ all commented that they'd never had such an interesting menu at a wedding.
The presentation of the buffet table and the appetizer (fruits and cheeses) table were beautiful and very creative.
The staff were all very helpful before the event and everything went very smoothly.
The service staff and the chef were excellent and I can't say enough about how much that was appreciated.
I would heartily recommend Painted Table for any special occasion.

The team is the best and the food was absolutely amazing and exactly what we ordered! The attention to detail was beyond our expectations. The only problem was that the party had to end and we look forward to booking The Painted Table for each of our anniversaries! We highly recommend them. The Painted Table are not for everyone we admit. They are really for foodies and people who appreciate the hard work that they put into the level of catering services they provide. You pay a little more with them but the amount of time we saved and the enormous amounts of compliments we got from our guests are worth every penny.

Thank you for putting together the cutest (and tastiest!) picnic for our elopement in Yosemite! We opted to have a socially distant picnic with the few guests that we had at our elopement ceremony and reached out to The Painted Table for catering. I was so excited to find out that they could provide not just the food, but also picnic baskets, and even blankets if we desired!

Vanessa was great in providing us with a menu with a variety of options to pick from that would travel well and split easily - and when it all showed up (on time - YES!), everything was packed with care, and with extra decorative touches that were so unexpected, but very appreciated.
It was really perfect for the times, and the location! Our picnic packed out neatly -- Leave no trace! -- and with full, happy bellies. ;)
