The painted table’s wedding day execution was phenomenal and especially considering our large guest count of 235 guest. All of the tray passed apps were amazing and fresh, the dinner was phenomenal, and their service staff was kind and professional. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the service and food they delivered. So perfect

We booked with Barmaids for our wedding in September and they were absolutely amazing! They set up their horse trailer/bar which was so cute, and made drinks for our guests all night. Our guests are still telling us how great the drinks were and how nice the bartenders were. We had a few signature drinks, I tried all of them LOL, and they were all so good! Also the bartenders were so sweet and had actual conversations with our guests, everyone loved them! We worked with Deanna in planning for the event and she was great, responded quickly by email, and had great solutions to any questions about details leading up to the wedding day. I 100% recommend booking with Barmaids, you won't regret it!

Five Star catering did such a wonderful job for our wedding! The food was delicious, and plentiful, and we got compliments all night on the beautiful spreads they brought out to fill the space. During planning, they accommodated all of our adjustments and changes as the guest list was finalized. They also helped us plan for a few more allergies than we had expected, and gave us confidence that all of our guests would be safe. Our venue complicated by the lack of a professional kitchen, but the Five Star team knew it like the back of their hands, so we didn’t need to worry that any details would be missed or get in the way of the quality of the food. They handled all of the rentals we ended up needing, eliminating the need to coordinate with a whole additional vendor to make the day happen! The staff were lovely and accommodating, and really took care of us during the event. The buffet was managed smoothly and no one had to wait long or missed out on anything. They seamlessly plated and served two cakes - one DIY and one delivered -so we could go back to the dance floor! While there are lots of excellent caterers in the Bay Area, I really think Five Star stands out for the tablescapes they create and their ability to match the decor of the event. If you’re looking at their menu and considering charcuterie tables, dessert spreads, or other interactive stations, I highly recommend! It really adds to the atmosphere and the space to have tables overflowing with beautifully arranged food, flowers and signage. It makes the experience feel rich and abundant. Finally, we are so thankful for their flexibility in providing their equipment to enable us to have our favorite local bartenders work our event. It was really important to us to have friends participating in every aspect of our day, but we couldn’t have done it if the professional vendors like Five Star weren’t willing to accommodate that DIY spirit and make room for it in their very efficient operations. If you’re worried about being shoehorned into a cookie cutter event, and want to make sure you hire a caterer who will work to understand your vision and make it happen, hire Five Star Catering!

We had a last minute catering cancelation fiasco, and Outlaws BBQ came through. Reasonably priced, large portions and great taste.

These guys are amazing! I had them cater my wedding, and the food was incredible. Over half the people on my guest list made a point of telling me (during or after the wedding) that it was the best food they have ever had! The pulled pork was my favorite, and I normally do not like tri tip much but I loved theirs. They were very professional and made sure to stay in contact me before the wedding even with last minute changes. I must have sent Robert a dozen emails the week of my wedding, but he responded quickly to every one of them and did not seem annoyed at all. They were great to work with and the food was ridiculously good. Thank you!

A lot of my guest were surprised to see that we were serving pizza at the wedding but once they tried a lot of them couldn’t stop going back for second! My MIL who does not like pizza couldn’t stop talking about how great it was. It was an overall hit!

So happy with my wedding caterer. All the guests raves about the food. And the champagne toast was perfect. Thank you!
