I would 100% recommend Barb and the Fresno Event Group for any of your event planning needs! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and considerate. She knows how to get things done and get them done right. I can't even imagine what my wedding day would have been like without her.

We booked a venue that was a completely blank slate because we had a very specific vision for what we wanted the wedding to be and look like. Barb came in with the perfect suggestions for vendors and great advice about logistics. She knew exactly who to call when we said we wanted TONS of color in our florals. She knew exactly what we needed when we said the venue doesn't have a built-in bar. She read through and kept on top of all our contracts. We booked her more than a year ahead of our wedding and she stayed in contact the entire time.

We had 280 total guests and the Fresno Event Group knew exactly how to handle the movement of all of the guests from parking to ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Cindy was great at setting up the site map and worked with us when we had questions about table layout and the best set up for flow. Barb had tons of tips and suggestions for moving all of the guests from space to space in our massive venue!

I had one inspirational photo and a general theme and the Fresno Event Group turned our wedding into a live Pinterest board. Every single detail and idea we had was brought to life in a way that was a billion times better than we could have imagined. Everything was perfect! Barb and the team put out every little fire leading up to the wedding day and on the day of if something went wrong, I had no idea. I was living my dream wedding all thanks to their team!

Our guests keep calling our wedding the best wedding they've ever been to and I truly owe that all to the Fresno Event Group!

This is a very long overdue review BUT, my husband and I got married in September 2020, and Barbara and FEG were our wedding planners. They were recommended to us by our original venue, but we loved them immediately! They were great and very professional, going above and beyond what we had hired them for. They were also very flexible - our original plan included a venue by Yosemite, but that fell through because of the wildfires, just a week before our date. They were so nice and wonderful, didn't even bat an eye when we said we still wanted to push through at another venue, and also said yes when we moved our reception all the way to Pescadero! I couldn't have asked for a better team!

Barb and her amazing team go above and beyond in all aspects of wedding coordination. FEG's exemplary service allowed me to truly relax and enjoy being a bride without worrying about every detail. No matter how many times I changed my mind or last minute ideas I came up with, Barb always had a smile on her face and delivered. I could not have asked for a better team. Every time I look back on my Wedding, I still think it was absolutely perfect and there is not one thing I would change.

We are so happy we chose Fresno Event Group to plan our wedding! We came to Barbara and her team with just 8 months to make our wedding happen and she hit it out of the park!! She paired us with fabulous local artisan vendors, she styled our event better than we ever could have done, and all of this within our budget!! Best thing of all, our day ran so smoothly we enjoyed every minute of it!!

I would never be able to say enough good things about Fresno Event Group, they deserve more than five stars. I met Barbara while I was working in the hotel industry and I instantly loved her personality and warmth. When I got engaged about 5 years later, I immediately called Barbara to hire her for my wedding, knowing full well I wouldn't have enough time or patience to plan my whole wedding from start to finish and that I would be in great hands. (I also didn't want my bridal party or family putting out the decor or being in charge of coordinating the vendors the day of the wedding, I wanted it to be a relaxing day for all.) The whole FEG Team (Barb, Cindy and Nicole) exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond anything I could have imagined from an event coordinating company. Barb met with me anytime I needed (she doesn't restrict her clients to a max amount of meetings because she's realistic and knows that planning an event may need multiple meetings and site visits to make things perfect). She kept me on track and was incredibly organized during the whole process. She accompanied us to all vendor meetings and even met with our vendors alone if we couldn't make it. She was also amazing with my in-laws - she kept them in the loop the whole time and gained their trust right away with her professionalism and follow through. We had some difficulties dealing with our venue and she was always there willing to go to bat for us to make sure we were happy with the end result. Barb's whole team was there from the moment the tent went up on the Thursday before the wedding until the tent and pipe & drape came down on Sunday after the wedding was over. I was lucky enough to have Barb, Cindy and Nicole all there on my wedding day (4.16.16) and they worked SO hard to make sure everything about the day was beyond perfect. They never once came to tell me if anything was going wrong, they just handled it. I was super relaxed on my own wedding day thanks to FEG!!

wedding date was 7/7/17 Jayd & Sonia Lugo!! The 1st thing my wife told me after 5 years of being engaged, "lets plan your dream wedding and I know you cant do it alone" I knew exactly who to call and I didn't hesitate!! Barb, Cindy and Nicole made our wedding a smooth one to plan and treated us like family. We didn't know where to start and they guided us by first picking out our venue at wolf lakes. Elegant flowers, one sweet table (ice cream booth) the linen shoppe, the bakers stone(cake), haro entertainment and the mariachi's none of this would not have been possible without F.E.G. I booked Fresno Event Group as our wedding planner about a year before our wedding that was in October of 2017. We met with Barbara once a month and she answered any questions we had very promptly in between our meetings and helped keep us on track with all of the planning. Barbara is extremely organized and 100% there for her clients. Barbara helped my husband and I create our dream wedding and referred us to amazing vendors, attended wedding meetings with other vendors for us and with us, contacted other vendors to make sure they were on track as well and even made timelines and sent them out to us and all the vendors to ensure we were all on the same page. The day of our wedding I had absolutely NO worries even my makeup artist told me she had never seen such a calm bride the day of their wedding! I knew we were in good hands and they did not disappoint. Everything went absolutely perfect the day of our wedding, it was beyond what we could have ever imagined and we thank Barbara for that!
