I would 100% recommend Barb and the Fresno Event Group for any of your event planning needs! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and considerate. She knows how to get things done and get them done right. I can't even imagine what my wedding day would have been like without her.
We booked a venue that was a completely blank slate because we had a very specific vision for what we wanted the wedding to be and look like. Barb came in with the perfect suggestions for vendors and great advice about logistics. She knew exactly who to call when we said we wanted TONS of color in our florals. She knew exactly what we needed when we said the venue doesn't have a built-in bar. She read through and kept on top of all our contracts. We booked her more than a year ahead of our wedding and she stayed in contact the entire time.
We had 280 total guests and the Fresno Event Group knew exactly how to handle the movement of all of the guests from parking to ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Cindy was great at setting up the site map and worked with us when we had questions about table layout and the best set up for flow. Barb had tons of tips and suggestions for moving all of the guests from space to space in our massive venue!
I had one inspirational photo and a general theme and the Fresno Event Group turned our wedding into a live Pinterest board. Every single detail and idea we had was brought to life in a way that was a billion times better than we could have imagined. Everything was perfect! Barb and the team put out every little fire leading up to the wedding day and on the day of if something went wrong, I had no idea. I was living my dream wedding all thanks to their team!
Our guests keep calling our wedding the best wedding they've ever been to and I truly owe that all to the Fresno Event Group! -

We are so happy we chose Fresno Event Group to plan our wedding! We came to Barbara and her team with just 8 months to make our wedding happen and she hit it out of the park!! She paired us with fabulous local artisan vendors, she styled our event better than we ever could have done, and all of this within our budget!! Best thing of all, our day ran so smoothly we enjoyed every minute of it!!
Thank you Barbara, Cindy, Nicole and the fabulous FEG team!! We came to you as customers and left as friends!! -

Her contacts and expertise are second to none and having her on the best day of our lives was key to the success of our day. Super professional and friendly, her timelines kept us in check and ahead of schedule. You have no idea how many things break down or go awry the day of and you need Fresno event group to have your back. We told FEG our vision of our dream wedding and they made it come true (and then some!). We are extremely happy how everything came out and wish we could relive the day again! -

A Sent on 05/04/2018Words can't express how happy and grateful I am of FEG! I am in awe of these two lovely ladies! Barb and Cindy truly have a gift. We booked FEG for a Corporate Open House this month and to say that it was a complete success is an understatement. The level of professionalism, detail and care they put into each aspect of the process is just amazing. Plus, they are the sweetest!
I can't rave enough about them and their craft!

Sara Sent on 02/21/2018The Fresno Event Group is one of the most professional services that I have ever worked with. They are so good about making this very stressful day seem like a piece of cake. From day one when we hired their services they were organized, great with communication between myself and my husband, and were always there for ALL my appointment with other venders (which they also worked very professional with). They even were able to turn my main room of my venue around in an hour and half for the reception. I would hire Barbara and Nicole again and again for any major party that I would throw. At the end of this experience they become more then just my weeding planners, they became family. I give this group 5 star rating and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to throw a once in a life time party. They are an amazing team to work with and I am so incredibly happy with the experience and the way my wedding turned out. Give them a try, you will NOT regret it!!

Anngiely Sent on 02/21/2018Getting married is a once in a lifetime event. You want the best team, with the right skills, to ensure everything goes smoothly. FEG is the BEST.
Communication - We were in constant communication with the team as they are accessible anytime of the day. They truly listened and provide excellent guidance.
Organization - FEG will created a wedding packet just for us. Everything and anything wedding related went into the packet. From the sample pictures of decor to the exact wedding timeline to the best man's cell number! They will work hard to keep you within your budget.
Creativity - We had tons ideas as to what we wanted. With their spatial and artistic skills, they made it all happen.
Details - They never lost focus. In fact, they would remind us of things we would forget to do. Whether it was vendor or venue related, they memorize it all.
Calm - Planning a wedding is the stressful. FEG does a really good job of breaking down issues and keeping all parties aligned. They truly made us feel calm throughout the entire process.
Cost - They are worth every penny. You don't get just an individual. You get an entire team! They have years of experience.
FEG treats you like family and puts 100% to the wedding and making sure the bride and groom's vision is executed. They such an important competent to our wedding. We simply could not done it without FEG! -

Nicki Sent on 05/03/2018I would never be able to say enough good things about Fresno Event Group, they deserve more than five stars. I met Barbara while I was working in the hotel industry and I instantly loved her personality and warmth. When I got engaged about 5 years later, I immediately called Barbara to hire her for my wedding, knowing full well I wouldn't have enough time or patience to plan my whole wedding from start to finish and that I would be in great hands. (I also didn't want my bridal party or family putting out the decor or being in charge of coordinating the vendors the day of the wedding, I wanted it to be a relaxing day for all.) The whole FEG Team (Barb, Cindy and Nicole) exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond anything I could have imagined from an event coordinating company. Barb met with me anytime I needed (she doesn't restrict her clients to a max amount of meetings because she's realistic and knows that planning an event may need multiple meetings and site visits to make things perfect). She kept me on track and was incredibly organized during the whole process. She accompanied us to all vendor meetings and even met with our vendors alone if we couldn't make it. She was also amazing with my in-laws - she kept them in the loop the whole time and gained their trust right away with her professionalism and follow through. We had some difficulties dealing with our venue and she was always there willing to go to bat for us to make sure we were happy with the end result. Barb's whole team was there from the moment the tent went up on the Thursday before the wedding until the tent and pipe & drape came down on Sunday after the wedding was over. I was lucky enough to have Barb, Cindy and Nicole all there on my wedding day (4.16.16) and they worked SO hard to make sure everything about the day was beyond perfect. They never once came to tell me if anything was going wrong, they just handled it. I was super relaxed on my own wedding day thanks to FEG!!
