Working with the team was an absolute breeze. Their flexibility and understanding simplified the often-stressful wedding planning process.

When we had to reschedule our wedding day due to COVID, they were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to easily change our wedding date. Their expertise shone through, and their curated list of vendor referrals was a lifesaver.

The venue itself was a hit - meticulously maintained and breathtaking with picture-perfect spots for engagement and wedding day photos. It’s evident that the owners pour their hearts into the property.

We wholeheartedly recommend The Orchard for anyone seeking a wedding venue in Chehalis and surrounding areas.

Andie and Shawn were so amazing amazing while we were planning our wedding. We had to reschedule our wedding a total of 3 times and they were so accommodating throughout the entire process. The venue is so beautiful and we are so thankful we found this amazing venue. It is a hidden gem! We are so thankful for Shawn and Andie. We booked The Orchard after our first venue fell through a year after reserving it. The folks at The Orchard were so gracious helping us plan our "backup" wedding. The views at this place are stunning, and the facilities are gorgeous. You can't beat a 100-year-old orchard for a backdrop.

The owners, Andie and Shawn, are both so amazing, helpful, and kind. From the first meeting with them, until the cleanup at the end of the wedding, we have nothing but good things to say. We mostly appreciated their help and willingness to make things happen the way we envisioned for our day. Shawn and Andie noticed our disappointment in the possibility of rain on our wedding day and how that would affect the setup. They reassured us that they would set up the venue however we chose and that if things needed to be rearranged last minute, it would turn out just fine. It gave us the peace and comfort we needed at that moment. They were both there to help throughout the rehearsal and the wedding day and were so kind and accommodating throughout the process. The venue is gorgeous and fit all of our needs and wishes. Several of our guests commented on the beauty, charm, and perfection of the venue, even with the rain! You won't be disappointed if you book here!

I just had my wedding here ans everything about it was BEAUTIFUL! The owners were super helpful every step of the way and were willing to help and work with you through the tiniest yet most important details.

The view is breathtaking and there is a horse you can take pictures with during couple photos <3

The venue is beautiful and fun with amazing views. The owner? Less fun. While I respect his stipulation that no songs with obscene words be played, please, just remove the songs you find inappropriate and move on. No need to email the bride the day before with each individual song you’re removing. I had enough to think about the day before as it is. Also, I respect the need to keep guests off certain areas to maintain the property but my photographer does not work for you and it is not appropriate to tell her “You are responsible for making sure people don’t step on this grass”.

We did disagree on how far to delay our wedding with the first wave of COVID shutdowns. I wanted to delay by a year; he thought it was overkill and wanted us to delay by 3 months despite pandemics historically sticking around for much longer than that. Turns out I was right and we cleared the full re-opening by 5 days one year later.

We did lose our deposit with postponing our weddings but I can respect that the contract with this venue is simply fairly strict but it was fair.

Bottom line: The views are probably worth the hassle.
