The Legacy Ballroom is a full scale event and wedding venue located in Phoenix, Arizona. With our individualized service, our resort-inspired location aims to make your day as memorable as possible. Your wedding party can enjoy the views of the mountain as well as the amazing services of the professional staff. The venue strives to provide both a stylish and affordable service. Our dedicated and knowledgeable event planners have many years of experience in coordinating and organizing weddings. We only host one event at a time, giving your wedding all the attention it deserves. Our venue hosts Open Houses on the second Tuesday of every month, so you can make sure that this spectacular location is perfect for your wedding day. Our staff at the Legacy Ballroom takes pride in making sure the needs of you and your partner are met. Facilities and Capacity
The Legacy Ballroom has a modern ballroom that can host up to 300 guests. We have custom chandeliers and stunning fabrics to compliment any wedding design. Our ballroom has high ceilings and a dance floor that can be tailored to your liking. The courtyards, which are surrounded by lush plants and mountain views, are ideal for ceremonies and receptions. A bridal suite with a private restroom is available as well.

I played the violin at a beautiful cocktail hour here and absolutely loved this venue. The staff is so incredibly accommodating and it’s a beautiful space for any type of ceremony. So happy to have been a part of the wedding and can’t wait to come back!

The Best Decision Ever!
I can't stress how much my wife and I LOVED working with Lyndsay at Legacy! Our wedding was on December 9 and we just did a private ceremony on our own, but had the reception for 152 guests at Legacy. We first booked the venue about 15 months out from our wedding and Lyndsay was great the whole way. My wife and I didn't have any life long dreams of what our wedding would look like, and it's hard for us to make decisions - Lyndsay helped cater to our personalities perfectly. She gave great suggestions once we found some great inspiration pics and we ran with it. She had great vendor suggestions that fit to our budget. Lyndsay really gave us her full attention throughout this time too - if you mention something in passing or have a small idea that you didn't even really flesh out a vision for... she'll hear it and come back with a handful of options or vendors to go with to achieve your dream wedding.
The Legacy Ballroom is also a great choice for the simple fact that you can customize so much. We hung paper lanterns from the ceiling (no resort we toured said we could hang stuff). We picked an outside caterer and they worked perfectly with the venue. The ballroom photographs so well too, we absolutely loved the final look. The front courtyard area was perfect for cocktail hour. The back courtyard area was a great space for the photo booth. You can bring your own alcohol for the bar... great $$$ saver. You’ll even be pleased with the bathrooms here too.. nicer than the Ritz-Carlton.
We would highly recommend looking into The Legacy Ballroom for any event you’re hosting. You’d be foolish not to!

Amazing Venue!
I had my Mehndi at Legacy Ballroom on May 5, 2023 and I am so beyond happy with my choice! The venue itself was beautiful, classy, and large enough to accommodate our entire party without issue. The Venue Director, Lyndsay, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond, and guided me throughout the entire planning process without making me feel like a burden. The Event Coordinator, Happy, had a great eye for decor and helped me add even more decorations and centerpieces than I had planned (without additional cost) and made our event look that much better! The packages at Legacy Ballroom are very fair and affordable as well. Our Mehndi went off without a hitch and I would happily host another event at Legacy Ballroom in the future.

Beautiful, Classic Venue!
The Legacy Ballroom was the perfect option for our wedding! We wanted an elegant space that also gave some freedoms with the catering and bartending services that we loved too. They were super accommodating when we toured the place, very helpful when doing the final walk-though and layout, and overall gave us a beautiful venue to work with for our wedding day!

The Hidden Jewel You Are Looking For
This little hidden jewel is stunning. The grounds are beautiful and the inside ballroom is spectacular. When planning a wedding you need experts that will direct and give you the attention and information you will need to make the vision for your wedding/event exactly what you are looking for. Lyndsay and her staff at The Legacy Ballroom will make that happen. They are professional, welcoming, and so accommodating.

Amazing Venue at a Great Price!
My wife and I were greatly blessed to hold our wedding reception at the Legacy Ballroom. It was the ideal location and team to work with, especially Lindsay Sullivan who helped us not only secure the venue but also made excellent recommendations for vendors we needed last minute. We highly recommend them!

Made for the Perfect Day even during a Pandemic
I booked the Legacy Ballroom in the fall of 2019 and was supposed to get married in April of 2020. Due to the pandemic, we of course had to cancel out wedding and navigate through rescheduling the event.
Lyndsay was such an amazing help and provided such encouragement along the way and can't even begin to thank her and the staff enough for everything! We ended up postponing a few times before deciding on October 2020 and ended up cutting our guest count from 100-25. I appreciated how flexible this venue was with everything that was going on.
The day of coordinator was a blessing in disguise who helped keep the day running smoothly and ended up being the perfect assistant to my wedding planner. They day went perfect without out any major issues.
This is the perfect venue if you want a budget friendly option, that still has a beautiful ballroom setting. This venue really allows you to build your own wedding the way you want with the freedom to go with what you dream of for your special day, but they will also provide you with all the help and guidance if you need that too! I can't say enough good things about The Legacy Ballroom and all of their staff!

Excellent Venue/ Extremely Professional and Welcoming
I cannot recommend this place enough. Extremely professional, very beautiful, and just a wonderful place to host your wedding/ event. Jennifer helped get us set up from the start and was extremely helpful with everything. In trying to pick a venue, it was between the Legacy Ballroom and another place. It because very apparent the Legacy Ballroom was right for us in working with Jennifer. Her communication was second to none. She was informative in leading us to the right decisions, and all in all you could tell she loved her job. She made life very easy on the two of us and really helped make our special day that much better.

We got married here on January 27, 2018 and cannot say enough about how great this venue is! Such a beautiful setting for both the ceremony and reception, and staff was extremely helpful throughout the wedding planning process and made sure everything ran smoothly day of! We had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely amazing. The venue was perfect and the dance floor was great for our wedding guest count (175 people). We worked with Jennifer and she was very professional and accommodating. The place was in immaculate condition in preparation for our wedding. Plus they allow you to bring your own alcohol which is a great way to keep your alcohol budget low. We would choose this place every time.
