We couldn't have found a better place to get married and celebrate our next chapter with all our favorite people than The Joinery. Shay, the venue manager, is so incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgable. From answering all our questions timely, to helping us find the perfect vendors, to finalizing every detail, Shay and The Joinery team were truly amazing.

The venue is a space that we were able to make our own and highlight us journey as a couple. The entire venue is quite spacious and has lots of places for guests and personals. From the speakeasy upstairs, the multiple options for cocktail hour, and the private room after the ceremony to take a breather, everything is thought out and flows so nicely. Additionally, there were so many amenities included that we didn't find anywhere else we looked.

Dear Chicago Couples,
If you're looking to have a beautiful wedding in a gorgeous, historic, and whimiscally rustic space for 160 people or less, you cannot do any better than the Joinery in Logan Square. The main room with the skylight and string lights gives a perfect backdrop for any type of decor you can imagine, and the teal chairs add a fun pop of color to all of your ceremony photos. The speakeasy upstairs is a great place to sign a marriage license, have a groomsmen get-together, and to sneak away for a private moment right after the ceremony. The space also includes a picturesque patio and attached apartment with 2 bedrooms that is perfectly outfitted for your first night together as a married couple- or, the way we did it, was to allow members of our bridal party from out of town use the space as a free (and comfortable) place to stay for the night! Shay was always available to us for any questions we had; she did multiple walk-throughs with us for an initial tour, a second tour with my parents, a third walk-through with all our vendors, and any other questions/concerns that make up along the way. The joinery is also flexible with any vendors you want to hire (they don't limit you to their specific list, although they do have great recommendations). We also used their bar package and Molly was a dream to work with as far as liquor, beer, and cocktail options. They offer a variety of packages and everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Our day ran smoothly with zero hiccups, everything looked gorgeous, and our guests were raving about how wonderful everything was- so we cannot thank the Joinery team enough for making our day so perfect and special!

We were married on 10/15/22 and couldn't have asked for a better venue and team. We'd seen a few other places, but knew the Joinery was it when we walked in. Shay was so great to work with! Everything went smoothly and our guests couldn't stop saying how amazing the space was. The team behind the bar was excellent as well! Thanks to the Joinery for helping to make our day so special!
