Jeff was great at The Jewelry Exchange at Villa Park - he showed us EXACTLY what we were looking for, let me try on rings with no pressure, he asked if we wanted to see anything else, we said "no" and he put the rings back - as we were walking out we stopped and told Jeff we'd take it - the experience was oustanding. We got a totally comparable ring to Helzberg but for 1/3 LESS money and NO PRESSURE or guilt. Couldn't be happier. DEFINITELY going straight there for our bands - the seleciton is HUGE! A NO brainer.
