I cannot recommend The Inn at Tern Lake in Moose Pass, AK, enough! They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly responsive, clear in setting expectations, and immensely helpful in finding top-notch vendors.
For our rehearsal dinner, they took care of everything—setting up tables, plates, and more—ensuring it all looked amazing. The morning of the wedding, they provided a delicious breakfast for the wedding party, expertly set up all the ceremony chairs, and prepared the most incredible wedding food I’ve ever tasted. Truly, every bite was unforgettable!
What’s even more impressive is the extra effort they put into making our day flawless. They even chopped down a tree to improve the mountain view for our ceremony—talk about dedication! The team’s kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail were unmatched.
Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them. If you’re considering hosting any event here, do it! I’d give them 10,000/10 and hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Inn at Tern Lake, for making our dream day a reality!

We love love love The Inn At Tern Lake & the owners Jeff & Rose! The place is beautiful inside and out and very well taken care of. The food Rose made fo our wedding was amazing! She also made us breakfast every morning and every morning it was delicous! Our 3 night stay was amazing and we wished we never had to leave!

Jeff and Rose, the owners of the Inn, are SO amazing! They were so nice, incredibly easy to work with, and made everything such a breeze and joy. This place is a hidden gem. It's absolutely jaw-dropping gorgeous, and Jeff and Rose catered our rehearsal dinner with some incredible BBQ, and catered our wedding with a wonderful dinner that everyone raved about. It was so easy to work with them, everyone loved the venue and food, and they worked seamlessly with our vendors! The 3-night minimum was a blessing - don't hesitate to take advantage of it! I hope we can go back soon and enjoy another stay at their wonderful B&B. This venue is, simply, amazing. You won't be disappointed here!
