I reached out to Jeanne less than 2 months from our wedding date. She was available and so personable right from the jump (Even as a last minute bride). We threw our microwedding together in just a few short weeks. You’d never be able to tell with the beautiful way that Jeanne captured our day. She is so talented. Provided us quickly with so many amazing photos of our family and just us two that we will cherish forever. From the moment she showed up to the venue she was to work. Fitting in our first look just before the ceremony. Prompt family photos after leaving the rest of our coverage to just us. (Which having a small baby we never get just you time these days). She truly maximized our time with her by getting so many different locations and absolutely stunning photos in just the short 2 hours we had. I cannot recommend her enough.

I reached out to Jeanne to (secretly) take photos of my best friend getting engaged and what a wonderful idea that turned out to be! Jeanne was 100% in from day 1 and she perfectly went along with all of the steps to catch the engagement. There were a lot of moving parts but Jeanne stayed out of sight until the right time and got so many amazing pictures of them as the future groom got down on one knee. She is FANTASTIC to work with, very responsive and so sweet. My best friend loves her pictures so much, they turned out beautiful. You really can’t ask for anything more with Jeanne, she’s easy to talk to, takes amazing pictures and she sets reasonable prices. I will 10000% recommend!

The Hill Studio did an outstanding job, and I would recommend them to everyone! Brian and Jeanne were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. I had a meeting with them before I hired them, and it was their warm and welcoming personalities that drew me in. Their work speaks for itself, they captured the love and joy between me and my husband. For my guest, they took fabulous pictures. Some were silly fun dancing pictures, and other were sweet pictures between couples, families or friends. From our engagement pictures through our wedding, they did they a fantastic drive. They were flexible and easy to contact. Hiring them was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding.

Jeanne and Brian from The Hill Studios went above and beyond to capture every detail of our wedding day! These two are so passionate, fun, and committed to making our wedding dreams come true. We enjoyed our pre-event calls so much as they listened to our ceremony and reception visions. On the big day, Jeanne made sure everything from prep, the first look, to the ceremony was captured, and Brian made the everyone so comfortable and present for the moment. Our wedding party told us how much fun they were to work with and we couldn't agree more. They worked hard to turn around our photos a month after the wedding and we were blown away. The photos were stunning, light, and whimsical which is exactly what we asked for. Couldn't recommend them enough!

My fiance and I recently had our engagement photos taken by Jeanne--it was wonderful! She was very accommodating after our original plans had gotten rained out. She worked will with us novices and had all our photos ready within just a couple days...WOW! : D

If there were more stars I would use them! From the moment I spoke with Jeanne on the phone, I knew I had the personality and professionalism that would set me at ease on my big (complicated blended family) day!! We hired her to do a family shot before the big day to get to know the kids, it was fantastic! We have not stopped hiring her!! Gone on to do a second ceremony (out of state) and used her for our business photos. She is intuitive, creative, and will take shots you would never even think to ask for. An artist!

From the start of our wedding planning my husband and I discussed our “top three” and one of those included a photographer that would be able to capture our big day all while making us feel like ourselves. We quickly booked a photographer who had nice photos and shortly after did our engagement photos. We had a difficult time with the results and weren’t really happy with the approach by the photographer and didn’t feel like they “got” us and could understand what we were looking for. We did a lot of soul searching, research, including reaching out to Jeanne Walter of The Hill Studio. We met with her, told her about our previous experience, and our fear of not getting exactly what we were looking for in terms of photos and overall experience. She listened, gave us some things to think about, and we slept on it. My husband and I decided to cut our losses and give Jeanne a chance. We had an immediate connection with her and we figured that we didn’t have anything else to lose. We were really anxious about our engagement photos and she put us completely at ease. My husband and I were completely comfortable and ourselves and the results were a true definition of our relationship in such a beautiful form. The quality of work that Jeanne provides is beyond explainable. It’s not just in the images, but the relationship that she creates with her clients that truly sets her apart. We loved seeing her work from other clients, couples, and families and the responses that she got from them as well. Engagement photos and wedding photos are very different and on our wedding day Jeanne was a true professional focused on capturing the moments that she knew would be important to us. Not only did she take amazing photos, she worked diligently to get them to us, and to ensure that we were happy. Hands down one of the best decisions in the wedding planning process was hiring Jeanne to document our love story.
