About

On WeddingWire since 2023

The Grazing Goddess is a charcuterie catering company based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, providing wedding and event services. We have a romantic and Greek aesthetic that best serves weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and similar events, although we cater to any event requested! Our supplies are marble and light wood, mimicking the Greek architecture we all know and love.
We offer any customizations and modifications you need for your event. We can accommodate any dietary restrictions for personal or religious requirements, and you will never be asked to explain yourself. We are here to make your day easier, so never worry about bothering us or being "unreasonable"! You are the bride and groom. We are here to help you, not the other way around.
Salina is from the Midwest with Mexican roots and Sarah is from the South with a Creole background. There is no specific request too crazy for us! We want your wedding to be whatever you would like, so if you want ten feet of an Italian appetizer, we will make it happen! If you want just a classic meat and cheese table, we will make it so!
We offer several services, such as set-up, serving, and clean-up. We also will refill parts of your grazing table throughout the night, considering time and leftover food.
Our team also offers several types of charcuterie: a grazing table specified to your liking or grab-and-go charcuterie cups if you want your appetizer to be a little more mobile.
We can cater to any region or any location in the United States. We frequent the South, including North Carolina and Georgia, catering to Sarah's family's business and corporate events.

Team

Sarah Kimble
Sarah Kimble
Co-Founder, Logistics Management

Sarah started her first brand, a clothing brand, when she was just 15 years old. She has hosted events and photoshoots for models several times a year since then. She worked as a consultant in event management for her university in the business faculty, often providing insight and making sure none of the small details were missed.

She moved to Colorado earlier in 2023 when she was just 19. She started her brand, The Grazing Goddess several months later. A month later, her future business partner, Salina Zak would sign on with her. She would match her catering expierence and creative personality with Sarah's event management and business background.

While new to hosting weddings, Sarah is not new to working with the public and knows how to make their expierence's stress free.

Salina Zak
Co-Founder, Charcuterie Stylist & Social Media Management

Salina has a background working in catering events. She was a catering coordinator for several years with Panera.

She moved from Wisconsin earlier this year where she would go into management at a retail company where she met Sarah before leaving that job to co-found The Grazing Goddess with her.

She is extremely detail-oriented, often going the extra mile to make any event as special as she can. She often sees the little details that might get missed when overseeing our events.
