The Good Truck catered our wedding at the Ithaca Farmers Market in September, and we cannot recommend them enough! My new husband and I are all about tacos, so finding a delicious taco truck willing to cater our wedding was a no brainer. I mean who doesn't like tacos?! Beyond preparing delicious food for our guests, Mandy and her team provided excellent service. We live out of town, but she was flexible to meet with us on our pre-wedding visit to go over our plans and even agreed to help with the market setup itself. Weddings (especially DIY budget weddings) are stressful, but working with incredible vendors makes it so much easier. We look forward to tracking them down on future visits to Ithaca for a tasty reminder of that perfect day!

We had the Good Truck cater our wedding rehearsal dinner and it was a hit! Mandy was so easy to work with and made everything easy. The service was friendly and fast (even when serving close to 100 people), and the food was delicious - they were able to easily accommodate for some dietary restrictions. The truck was such a cute addition to our outdoor rehearsal dinner and did I mention the food was delicious?! Food is a big part of my family gatherings and everyone was left satisfied and happy. We couldn't recommend the Good Truck catering enough.

I can't recommend the Good Truck highly enough. Mandy and her team catered our wedding May 2018, and those guys crushed it. Mandy was wonderful to work with, very responsive and accommodating to our requests. At the wedding, they served 160 people with no lines, and food came out quickly and delicious. Her employees always had a smile and were helpful, fast, and professional. My guests are seriously still talking about the amazing tacos they ate.
Mandy even made sure to pack up a few tortas and hide them away for my husband and I, assuming, correctly, that we'd want them in the morning. The best! Love these guys.

The Good Truck worked with us for our small brunch wedding. They pulled from and modified their existing menu to suit our concept and were very responsive and flexible throughout the planning process. The quality of ingredients and the execution of their dishes was spot on. The pacing of our service was just right. Our guests all had wonderful things to say about the food-- even some of the older folks who had seemed a bit thrown off by the idea of breakfast tacos at a wedding :-).
