I came to the Gold Center not knowing much about engagement rings and they were so informative and helpful in showing me all the different options of stones, settings, etc. Although they did not have the exact design I was looking for in-store, they personally designed the ring according to my preferences and wishes. I am so pleased by how beautiful and unique the ring turned out, and it was at an excellent price too!

Joseph and Judy handle their business with such professionalism and warmth. While they have a beautiful selection in store, they're also always willing to help you design something to match your vision. Quality is top notch, but fortunately doesn't come with the unreasonable cost of chain retailers.

I brought several rings in for sizing. They asked if they could stretch my diamond eternity band. I said yes because I didn't know that was not ethical. The other two were to be sized with gold added, but the bands have gotten thin and lumpy where I believe they were also stretched. The husband denied he ever worked on my jewelry, he couldn't find my records, his wife asked me to go there, but wasn't there when I showed up. She said that they would never strech a diamond ring, but she suggested it. The two others are thin and mangled. Don't go there. For 1000 dollars I've got 3 damaged rings.
