I hired Carmen as my wedding coordinator for my 20th wedding anniversary renewal, and I must say she exceeded my expectations. She was on top of everything from our first meeting. She made she sure kept in contact with all my vendors I chosen to make our day special. She set up several meetings with me and my husband to make sure we was on track with our list of things we needed to complete and gave us status on list of things she needed to complete and added any change/add on's if needed. If there was a problem she would handle it and have ready different options for me which took away allot of stress. I was having problem with my dress I order and she came and took me out to different place for a back up dress. She stayed professional the entire time even the day of event when several changes had to be made she would just always say don't worry girl I got you and she really did. Every ideal I had, every wish I had she customized a book just for us with all our wants, choices, notes did research and give us variety of options with amounts to help us save money as well. The day of the event when I walked into my reception and saw how she was putting all the decoration together, and the set up it literally brought me to tears. I can't thank her enough for making our day a dream come true.
